ตอนที่เราจอง เราต้องแน่ใจว่าเรามีสระว่ายน้ำและพื้นที่เพื่อสุขภาพเพื่อที่เราจะได้ผ่อนคลายได้ทั้งวันและมีช่วงเวลาที่ดีในโรงแรม
เรามาถึงโรงแรมและความประทับใจแรกก็ดี เด็กๆ อยากลงสระทันที แต่อีกชั่วโมงกว่าๆ เราต้องออกจากสระเพราะว่าตอนเย็นมีการวางแผนจัดงานแต่งงานจึงตกแต่งไว้
เราไม่ได้รับแจ้งเรื่องนี้...การเฉลิมฉลองกินเวลาจนถึงคืนนั้น เรายังถามพนักงานต้อนรับว่าทำไมไม่แจ้งเรื่องนี้ แต่คำขอของเราไม่ได้ถูกนำมาพิจารณาเลย น่าเสียดายจริงๆ' ไม่ได้ผ่อนคลายสำหรับเรา...

The room is not so clean when we arrived. The hotel
Is quite old and the pool is empty. So, there is not a good view from my balcony. The staffs are very helpful especially Mr. Mustafa. Thank you again for your help. However the view from the dining room is amazing.

The common rooms and services of the hotel are great. The staff if helpful and nice, the food is good.
But the rooms need a refreshment. Bed wasn't comfortable, I could hear all the coversations around the pool at night, so I didn't sleep well...

早餐晚餐 ，水果和甜品很多。還有很多堅果。3樓就是一樓，2樓是負一層 ，1樓是負2層。房間可以看見烏奇撒景觀！住2天，唯一遺憾沒有飛熱氣球！

We have stayed at this property a number of times over the years. The hamam, sauna, and pool are excellent and one of our biggest perks to stay. The other perk is usually the incredible view of the balloons that are launched early morning each day but unfortunately, neither of our 2 mornings there, were there any balloons. The reasoning was weather but the weather was beautiful each day. That, of course, is no fault of the hotel, just a disappoin**ent to us. My only complaint was that the wifi was not available in any area but the lobby. The breakfast buffet was awesome, as were the views of the Uchisar castle and valley.
