This is a brand new hotel in the heart of the city. It is close to the central square , a lovely park, cafes and restaurants. The front office was a bunch of nice girls who were very friendly and welcoming. The room was quite big , nice colors and functional. The overall decor of the hotel is warm and inviting. I had a breakfast there and the choice was excellent. Everything was fresh and tasty. Well done . I also ordered room service once. This is the only thing I would suggest improvement - the choice was quite limited , though the burger was tasty . I visited the spa which has a nice big pool and sauna. A great relaxing a**osphere in the entire spa. The check-out was also quick and pleasant. Overall it is an excellent hotel, probably the best in Tbilisi thanks to the lovely decor, location and the excellent hospitality of the staff. Will definitely return.

I very much enjoyed my stay at Swiss Hotel. The hotel rooms and facilities were nice and the staff were very friendly. The food is the restaurants were good as well. The hotel was was conveniently located next to the bus stop and easy access to taxi services as well which made it convenient for me and my colleagues to move around Tbilisi. The hotel is situated at walking distance from the shops as well, which is great.

Excellent stay at Swissotel Tbilisi. Good varieties of food at the buffet and I really liked the pressure of the shower. Impeccable service from the staff, especially by Ms. Mariam. Made my Tbilisi experience more enjoyable.

Our first time in Georgia and Im glad we stayed at the swissotel as its very nicely located at the centre very close to old town with a lot of activity around and parks etc. The Swimming pool floor is so well done up with Steam,Sauna,Salt room and A hammam it feels like being in a spa already. Its a must to enjoy this area well. The breakfast was well layed out with a great touch of sparkling wine too. The staff was very helpful and courteous Esp Ms Mariam in answering all my million questions i asked her. There is also a great restaurant on the top floor with a great special secretive bar menu and the drinks look and taste lovely. Overall was a great expericence and we would love to be back when we are !!
