The service at the restaurant was excellent, very helpful friendly staff. The service at check in/out was ok. Room was good but I could hear the people in the room next door talking and a baby crying, so noise wise could have been better.

Everything was clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only problem is casting mobile phone apps to the TV was extremely difficult. Hence, I gave up and just used the the YouTube button of the remote control to watch live ABC News.

發生了一段Story，期間感謝攜程，我個人身體原因，連續飛行導致到墨爾本脖子無法動彈，聯繫攜程溝通酒店能否特殊情況退款，去就醫，攜程工作人員盡心盡力溝通兩次無期待效果，酒店態度強硬不退款。這點感覺對中國人不友好。硬件和地理位置都很好。

All round clean and tidy, bit disappointed as went to the restaurant for dinner, but after waiting at reception for a couple of minutes was not served or acknowledge so went and brought take ways.

Nice clean property, was noisy if you have a room on the road side of the hotel. If you don’t have any streaming accounts ( Netflix, Stan ect) there is no free to air tv.
