Super friendly staff who gave good recommendation of restaurants! Clean and new hotel, close to city center

酒店位置就在市中心，吃東西，小逛一下也算方便。類似商務酒店，房間很大，也算乾淨。唯一覺得麻煩的是智能燈，到了晚上沒人走動就全滅了，對於我喜歡晚上留燈的很不友好，不知道是不是我沒設定好。

Loved this hotel! Simon was very welcoming and incredibly accommodating especially with providing a cot for our toddler and making sure we had enough blankets etc for him. Beds were super comfy, carpet nice and plush, everything is new! Also loved the eco aspect of the whole place with sensor lighting etc which felt very modern as well as being excellent for the environment. Loved the room access on ground level straight to the carpark which was handy for pram (and I’m assuming wheelchair) access. Would highly recommend!

On a month long road trip of NZ this was undoubtedly the best motel we stayed in. It does not appear to have been open very long consequently all footings are in excellent condition. Fairly central so lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Can’t recommend highly enough and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

New hotel, state of the art, very nice amenities, clean, lovely linens, good bed. Walkable to restaurants. Our disappoin**ent was that we booked an Executive King Suite and were given a Queen mini room, a fact only admitted to after we were in the room and inquired. Since the hotel was fully booked, we had no choice but to accept the room. The room and bathroom were so small that only one of the two of us could move at the same time.The proprietor offered a free coffee and refunded NZ$40. We understand that mistakes happen, but we paid too much for what we got. We recommend the hotel because it is lovely and extremely well done. Had it not been for this, we would have given five stars even though the hotel lacks a lift. Strongly suggest guests confirm directly with the hotel to ensure they get the accommodation they booked.

We booked have room. Whilst a lovely room it was extremely small with nowhere to put your luggage. Only 1 desk chair in room so had no choice but to sit on bed. Bathroom was also very small. We were on the 1st floor so no lift and supposedly the shower was roll in but you wouldn't have fitted a wheelchair in the bathroom let a lone the shower. Also supposed to be a separate bedroom. Well yes separate from bathroom. Disappointed in the room size and stairs but otherwise a good location.

Came in with high expectations after reading the reviews. I was not disappointed. Fantastic little place. Immaculately clean, rooms kitted out to a high standard and great hospitality from the staff.

Fantastic accomodation! Less than 1 year old, Modern decor, GREAT lighting in room and bathroom, carpet was plush and felt brand new, nicely decorated room with soft throw blanket, spacious bathroom with fantastic soap, shampoos, etc. and variety of coffee and tea in-house preparations in the room! Well done!!

Located right in the city, which meant the surrounding areas are quite dead in the evening It’s a very functional and clean business hotel.
