Aster Hotel Group

It's a small hotel and the staff are very kind. Breakfast is also delicious. It's a little off the main road, so it's central but very quiet.

I love this hotel from builing time in Tashkent.

This is a newly refurbished hotel but there was a strange slight sour smell in the room. The lightning is quite dark. So will not be suitable if you intend to be doing much work. The front desk speaks English and is helpful. Breakfast needed frequent topping up of food which was not very prompt. The hotel is located far from most attractions but it is fairly easy to use Yandex to get around.

Being a solo traveler and being completely new to Uzbekistan all the staff and the Manager helped me in every aspect of the word. At times even when they were busy they made it their priority to help me with any language barriers regarding public services. The place was kept immaculately clean. Overall it was a first class service and I will recommend it at any price per ce. My compliments to all the staff for their wonderful service and care!

I called the Toshkant location and negotiated a price for a 3 night stay. The guy I spoke to Dec 17 2021 (the hotel can check who was working) told me he had to “check with his manager” about the price. Well for 2 days this same guy phoned me 3 times and he said the manager finally agreed to the price. The time we spent talking was 2 hours. Relived that we found a hotel to stay at for the next 3 days, I reiterated the price and this guy said “no, that’s the price for ONE day.” ***? This guy knew since the beginning of our phone conversations knew I was negotiating a 3-day stay. And even if he thought he was being clever in saying the price we negotiated was for a 1 day stay, why would I want to pay higher that what the Aster hotel—- and ANY other hotel in Toshkant was advertising for for 1 night? That’s like saying 1 apple costs 2 SOMS. I want 3 so I will give you 5 SOMS and the vendor tells you— after 2 hours and several phone calls over the course of 2 days—- “ok we agree: give me 5 SOMS for ONE apple”! These guys are swindling time-wasters. Maybe because it’s low travel season, they feel they can waste people’s time and cheat them. Maybe he thought I would just roll over because I had spent so much time with him on the phone. Well, I’m a very experienced traveller and had back up hotels. I’m also a WOMAN who has been to over 125 countries and know this $&&@ game this guy plays. Luring, lying, greed, and cheating is against the PILLARS of ISLAM! Well, we ended up staying at ANOTHER Toshkant hotel for 3 nights for the price I negotiated with Aster in the beginning. And Aster, for those 3 nights, remained EMPTY. BEWARE of these &&@“s!

Odalar temiz değildi, her tarafta uzun uzun saçlar mevcuttu, geç giriş yaptığım için bir konu hakkında bir şey diyemedim. kahvaltı ücreti ise abartılı pahalı.

Хороший отель удобно расположенный, с хорошим персоналом, удовлетворительным завтраком, хорошая кофейня. Отель для бизнеса и для туристов, которые "бегают" по городу. Чистые номера, хорошее телевидение, все хорошо и замечательно.

DAs Hotel ist in ca. 10 min vom Flughafen aus zu erreichen, die Innenstadt ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Ruhige, gut ausgestattete Zimmer, gutes W-Lan, reichliches Frühstück, das auch im Garten genossen werden kann. Vorsicht bei Import-Bier an der Rezeption: 3 mal so teuer wie das gute Usbekische Bier!

Номера хорошие.но нет не фитнеса зала,ни бассейна,а цены космос.Это пол беды.кухня отвратительная.мало того,что еда ужасная,так они ещё по полтора часа ее готовили .пока ждал,аппетит пропал. Ну думаю ладно,поем.Когда увидел еду,которая совсем не вяжется с этим прекрасным,гостеприимным городом,расхотел кушать.пришлось идти кушать в ресторан.
