This hotel surprises you with their luxurious rooms. Our room had been updated with a fancy shower and room for four people. There’s a mini fridge and lots of closet space. The balcony affords an awesome view of the mountains. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Food is delicious. No complaints just compliments.

I’d give this hotel a rating of “good” rather than average or very good. It’s official 4* but feels more like 3*. Plus side: friendly staff, very clean, quiet and spacious rooms, historic building, lots of attractive wooden floors and painted furniture. Conveniently situated as you can walk to the town easily. Bike storage and plenty of parking. The downside was that it felt quite Spartan and basic, no kettle, only two small plastic cups in the room, no comfortable chairs. The building a very pretty and has views of the hills from some rooms, but it is surrounded by car parks (public and hotel). Breakfast was fine but they kept a close eye on the milk supply - none was freely available with the buffet, milk was doled out in small jugs, insufficient for adding to coffee as well as having cereal. Worst thing was that our bathroom window opened onto the balcony of the next room and people on the balcony could also look directly at our bed. Fine for a night or two but not for a longer stay.

What I wonderful place. The staff was very kind and prompt. The food was delicious and service was impeccable. Hotel is very clean and well positioned in town. I’d go back to the same place. Great experience.

Tipica locazione di montagna dove il legno ne fa da padrone. Mi piace sempre consigliare questo locale perché il cibo è di ottima qualità con un impiattamento da ristorante gourmet senza sacrificare la quantità. Un'ottima lista dei vini. BrVi!

Camere molto pulite, molto accogliente, cibo ottimo, il barman a fatto un aperitivo molto accogliente mi sonp sentito a mio agio, poi difronte all hotel ce una pista da ski nell' hotel ce la disponibilità della servizio spa e anche la ski room consigliato

L'hotel si trova nel centro di Tarvisio. Nella media un buon hotel. Colazione molto buona e varia. Le camere sono molto carine con mobili della tradizione e molto grandi. Peccato per il gradino tra la camera e il bagno di bassissimo spessore che ha distrutto le mie dita del mio piede mentre durante la notte, un po' assonnata mi sono recata in bagno ( e' assolutamente da togliere perché è davvero pericoloso ) La signora alla reception e il personale di sala sono stati cortesi. Peccato che per andare nelle camere e prendere bisogna passare dalla sala dove si mangia e prendere l'ascensore davanti alla porta della cucina. Lo trovo veramente poco elegante. La cosa che proprio non mi è piaciuta è l'ingresso: una porta di legno con una piccola targa poco leggibile sulla destra con il nome dell'hotel. La reception risulta buia

Pranzo in famiglia, primo (19€) totalmente insapore, meno male che c’era il grana! Secondo buono, ma freddo dalla salsa alla carne e polenta(20€), come dolce volevo provare la classica tartaten, mi arriva un dolce rivisitato con fichi! Dire che ci sono rimasta male e poco! Di sicuro non consiglio! Il personale Se ne è accorto ma non si è interessato minimamente! Non vedevano l’ora solo di liberare il tavolo!
