AC Hotel Fort Worth Downtown

Good hotel. However, in this price range, I would have expected house keeping everyday. According to the front desk, they are coming only every second day. Not nice to come back after a busy day and see your room / bed not cleaned up. Feels a bit cheap. Would not stay here two night in a row again.

Very convenient location

I recently stayed at AC Hotel, and while there were many positive aspects to highlight, one particular event significantly impacted my experience. The hotel itself boasts comfortable rooms and excellent service. The staff was friendly and attentive, providing top-notch hospitality. The amenities, such as the pool and restaurant, were well-maintained and enjoyable. However, my stay was notably disrupted by a scheduled fire alarm test that lasted for about 15 minutes. While I understand and appreciate the importance of safety measures, the duration and timing of the test were less than ideal. It occurred mid-morning, a time when many guests, myself included, were trying to relax or work in their rooms. The prolonged, loud alarm was jarring and made it impossible to concentrate or relax during that period. I was disappointed that the hotel did not inform us about the test in advance. A simple notification at check-in or a note left in the rooms would have allowed guests to plan accordingly, perhaps scheduling outings around that time. In summary, AC is a solid choice for its comfort and service, but the lack of communication regarding essential but potentially disruptive procedures like the fire alarm test was a significant oversight. I would recommend this hotel but advise potential guests to inquire about any scheduled maintenance or tests during their stay to avoid similar inconveniences.

Didn’t get the room i booked. I spent my hard earned money and traveled all the way here just for them to tell me the room I booked 3 weeks ago was not available.

I love everything about the place ! So close to everything! First Time in Ft Worth , Perfect location!!!

A nice, clean, comfortable property that is in walking distance to many attractions and only a short Uber/Lift ride to the Stockyards.

Excellent stay, very clean, room serviced each day, great location to convention center, great friendly staff, all around 10+ by my standards!!

I love this hotel, the staff was super friendly and very professional, it was nice to have the kind reception. I really enjoyed the stay. Every staff member I met were super accommodating and friendly.

There was no microwave, the door to the shower had no privacy... parking was very expensive. I would not stay there again.
