เราใช้เวลา 1 คืนในโรงแรมนี้เพราะลูกสาวได้รับรางวัลแพ็คเกจ night + breakfast สําหรับวันที่ไปมีตัวเลือกไม่มากนัก โรงแรมจัดวางได้ดีแต่บริเวณไม่ชอบ ไม่มีอะไรดีคือมีที่จอดรถใกล้และเขาทําให้ส่วนลด โรงแรมดีมากโรงแรมทั่วไปและห้องพักสะอาด ห้องพักและห้องน้ํามีขนาดเล็กแต่สําหรับ1คืนถือว่าดี พนักงานเอาใจใส่และบริการดีมาก อาหารเช้ามีหลากหลายและหลากหลายและเคารพระยะห่างและมาตรการต่อต้านcovidต้องใส่เจลและถุงมือเพื่อรับอาหารบุฟเฟ่ต์

Hotel was in a great location, close to the beach, train station and lots of cafes/shops / restaurants. Everything was walkable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful - eventhough we speak very limited spanish. Pastries and bottled water were provided each morning and there were tea and coffee facilities in the lobby. The hotel air conditioning was really strong, we never felt too hot overnight and the room was very clean and well presented!

We stayed midweek for 4 nights in a city view room. Room was clean and comfortable and we weren’t bothered by any road noise. Air conditioning worked well. Reception were helpful when needed. Breakfast was fine, better than we’ve had in some other city hotels. The pool was lovely and we had it to ourselves most mornings before heading off sightseeing. The caravan cafe didn’t open whilst we were there due to demand. The nearest beach was gorgeous with soft golden sand and the chiringitos opened whilst late at night. The only thing to be aware of is that taxis were expensive, ten euro to do the mile into town. We ended up walking in via the beach in the day and using buses to go out at night, but these stopped running quite early. We taxied back once and walked back after midnight twice, it felt safe. I had seen on here it was a 20 minute walk, that seemed optimistic and was more like 30, at least it was downhill on way back from town which means it’s uphill into town. All in all a good stay if you like walking.

การเปลี่ยนแปลงในทารามันเป็นเวลาหนึ่งวัน โรงแรมนี้ค่อนข้างสะดวกสบาย ทางโรงแรมบอกว่ามีค่าธรรมเนียมที่จอดรถ แต่อันที่จริงมีที่จอดรถขนาดใหญ่อยู่ฝั่งตรงข้ามถนนซึ่งมีราคาถูกและตัวเลือกที่ดีกว่า ห้องพักสะอาดและดี แต่บริการโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลางและระดับภาษาอังกฤษสามารถสื่อสารได้ เป็นการดีสําหรับการเปลี่ยนแปลงหนึ่งวัน ซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ตสามารถหาร้านเล็ก ๆ ได้ภายใน 5 นาที ซึ่งเพียงพอแล้ว

El lunes 7 de marzo estábamos alojados mi familia y yo en este hotel y tuvimos una incidencia con el baño puesto que se atascó totalmente, con todo lo que ello conlleva habiendo niños. Con el agravante de ser casi de madrugada (7 de la mañana) , las 2 empleadas que nos atendieron lo hicieron de manera magistral, resolviendo el problema en 10 minutos. La señorita de recepción rápidamente nos dio una tarjeta de la habitación contigua que se encontraba vacía por si necesitábamos entrar al baño, al final no fue necesario utilizarla, pero ahí está el detalle. Y la persona de limpieza en 5 minutos resolvió el atasco. Muy agradecido a esas personas por ayudarnos, recalco que fue el lunes 7 de marzo a las 7 de la mañana para que el gerente o director sepa quiénes eran y les transmita nuestro agradecimiento.

ATENCION NEFASTA POR PARTE DE LA SRTA. PRISCILA DE RECEPCION. Estancia de 1 noche con niña de 11 años. Llegamos el dia 11 de Julio desde Portaventura, y estábamos tan cansados que simplemente fuimos a cenar en el mismo hotel, y luego directamente a dormir. Al día siguiente cuando nos despertamos ya para marchar , mire debajo de la cama por si la niña se le había caído alguna cosa, y encontramos ropa de otro cliente, confetis, 3 globos , y mucha suciedad. Bajamos a recepción, y la Srta.Priscila estaba al tlf. con el informático (lo deducimos porque luego de un buen rato cuando le dio la gana a ella, la escuchamos darle la clave para conexión remota) , nos miro, y dijo Check out?¿ le dijimos si, pero queremos hablar con usted..... Eso ya no le gustó ............. nos dejo esperando un buen rato..... ... Claro nos vio con el globo que le bajamos y con cara de disgusto... e iba alargando la conversación, hasta que le volvimos a repetir... nos puede atender porfavor... y de malas maneras al final nos atendió.... Primera respuesta suya al decirle las cosas... Porque no lo dijeron ayer?¿ y le contestamos que porque normalmente cuando llego a un hotel no me pongo a mirar debajo de las camas...(quizás a partir de ahora lo haga) y que porque era tarde ”veníamos reventados de port Aventura”....... .... Pues ella en lugar de pedir disculpas, ya que en ningún momento tuvo la educación y humildad de hacerlo..... su actitud fue altiva, ofensiva (simplemente con la mirada y actitud que tenia).... y con ganas de perjudicar y alargar la situación en lugar de solventarlo rápidamente.... Por su mala educación le pedi una hoja de reclamaciones... y como nunca he puesto ninguna... le pregunte: - Es una hoja de reclamación? y su respuesta fue .... ACASO NO LO VE? Como no voy a cabrearme ademas, de que me encuentro una habitación sucia, te encuentras con un personaje así ?¿? y si es verdad... que yo le conteste... ERES UNA MALEDUCADA.... y la estupenda Srta.Priscila... enseguida me contesto... pues igual que usted..... Pero Aver Señores propietarios del hotel... o bien es su hija esta chica, y no han podido colocarla en otro sitio a trabajar... o deverdad miren bien el tipo de personaje que tienen delante de una recepción..... Luego a la hora de entregarle la reclamación..... Priscila seguía al tlf. como si nada, y le digo.. perdona ya hemos terminado , y nos contesto... PUES ESPERAN A QUE YO TERMINE AL TLF.. es decir seguir provocando un malestar.... sin ningún sentido... y ademas tiene las santas narices, de contestarme en la reclamación que la insultamos... Perdona Priscila a ti nadie te insultó... lo que pasa que no sirves para estar en una recepción, es una vergüenza que un establecimiento así... con lo que cuesta llenar hoteles , tenga un personaje así al frente de una recepción..... Pagamos 94 euros... ok yo lo escogí por vuestra pagina web, sin desayuno , hasta aquí estamos deacuerdo... pero que me encuentre ropa , confetis, globos , y que ademas cuando ba

เราพักที่นี่หนึ่งคืนในเดือนมิถุนายน 2022 คนที่ทํางานที่แผนกต้อนรับเป็นมิตรและดีมาก ห้องของเราดีมาก - ไม่มีอะไรดีไม่มีอะไรเลวร้ายมันเป็นเพียงสถานที่ที่ดีในการนอนหลับหนึ่งคืน ดี - มีลิฟต์ แย่ - A / C ทํางานได้ แต่ไม่เย็นเหมือนที่เราคุ้นเคย ฉันต้องการที่จะเย็นลงเล็กน้อย มีที่จอดรถ แต่เป็นบริการก่อน ประมาณ 10 จุด เราเช็คอินทันทีเวลาประมาณ 4 โมงเย็นแล้วเก็บรถไว้ที่ลานจอดรถเพราะเราไม่ต้องการสูญเสียสถานที่ เราเดินไปรอบ ๆ โรงแรมเล็กน้อย & ดูเหมือนว่าที่จอดรถบนถนนเต็มมาก ดังนั้นเราจึงมีความสุขมากที่จอดรถของเราซึ่งเป็นโบนัสเพิ่มเติมที่โรงแรมและที่จอดรถอยู่ด้านหลังประตูคุณต้องเข้าไปข้างใน มันทําให้เรารู้สึกปลอดภัยมาก มีร้านขายของชําเล็ก ๆ ที่ดีในหนึ่งช่วงตึกดังนั้นเราจึงเดินลงไปและซื้ออุปกรณ์ที่เราต้องการ คืนนั้นเราทานอาหารเย็นที่ร้านอาหารใกล้เคียงและมีความสุขมาก อีกครั้งคนที่ทํางานที่นั่นดีมากและเป็นประโยชน์ เมนูของพวกเขาอยู่ในรูปภาพและเป็นภาษาอังกฤษดังนั้นจึงช่วยได้ ลูกชายของเรามีปลากวางและชอบมัน ฉันกินเนื้อแม้ว่ามันจะแตกต่างจากสเต็กในสหรัฐอเมริกา แต่ก็ดีมาก เรายังทานอาหารเช้าที่ร้านอาหารในเครือในตอนเช้าซึ่งก็ดีมากเช่นกัน อาหารเช้าของโรงแรมสเปนทั่วไป - ผลไม้เนื้ออาหารกลางวันชีสและขนมปัง สรุปแล้วเมื่อเราไปเยือนทารามันตาเราพักหนึ่งคืนที่ยอดเยี่ยม

This place is just right. It offers a welcome home from home to explore lovely gentle Altafulla. Feels like a family place. Almost don’t want to review it so well in case everyone finds out about it and it gets too busy! Super basic but comfy room, everything you need. Superb service from every single member of staff we came across. Couldn’t do enough to help, clean towels and water from reception whenever needed. Room and all communal areas spotless. Fresh flowers in reception all the time. Delicious generous fresh buffet. One of those “busy but there’s always space for one more” places. Just getting it all so right.

Located in a historical building in the old town of Altafulla, Hotel Gran Claustre is a peaceful stay in this busy tourist location. Plenty of historical sights to enjoy around it. Rooms are clean, even though could do with a new hand of painting and more attention to details: like the shower which made a mess every time because it is not fully closed, so some water makes it out and floods the bathroom floor. There is parking space for cars, right in front of the hotel but they charge 6€ per day even for hotel guests, however drive a few minutes further up and there is plenty of free spots. Swimming pool is nice, boutique style, not big but well taken care of and picturesque.

Cet hôtel se situe à Cambril dans le quartier de vilafortuny. Vous êtes à côté de Salou à pied et en bus (un arrêt de bus juste devant l’hôtel, achetez une carte de bus rechargeable dans les agences bus plana, le ticket vous revient 3 fois moins cher). Au niveau des chambres le ménage est fait tous les jours et proprement. On entend pas mal les voix dans les couloirs et si vous êtes juste en haut de la salle de fête , vous pouvez entendre du bruit lors des soirées. Quand vous êtes k.o ça passe sinon prévoyez des boules caisses. De ce qui est du petit déjeuner c’est vraiment un 10/10 ! Beaucoup de choix pour tous les goûts. Le buffet du soir lui aussi c’est un 10/10 , énormément de plats et desserts pour le prix de 15€ par personne. J’ai testé la salle de sport , petite mais génial avec les machines de base et mêmes des altères. Et pour terminer l’accueil était plus ou moins bien. Enfin au Check-in l’hôtesse était un peu froide et pas très polie. Mais d’autres hôtes et hôtesses sont biens. Vous pouvez louer des vélos à l’hôtel pour 9€ la journée (testé mais pas approuvé donc une hôtesse nous a fait un geste commerciale). Sinon louer juste à quelques pas de l’hôtel pour à peu près la même somme.
