Recepcionistas simpáticos pero ayudan poco con las rutas del Kumano Kodo. Tampoco te explican mucho sobre las instalaciones. Cuando haces el check in a partir de las 3pm ya no puedes reservar la cena y por allí no hay muchas opciones.
La nota más negativa es la limpieza de los onsens que tienen, están abiertos 24h y la limpieza deja mucho que desear.

We booked a private room in JHoppers. It was easy to check in. Their private onsens are easy to use and very relaxing. They have plenty of snacks to buy and they offer rice in the morning.
However, do not book on *******!! We made this mistake and the hotel contacted us to order dinner boxes. We responded but the hotel never got our message. The town only has 1 restaurant so if it’s closed you won’t be able to eat that night

We stayed here for a night during a 3 day hike, and this hostel style hotel exceeded our expectation. The bento box for dinner was better than expected. The porridge in the morning was great, especially with the extra toppings provided with it. Even the coffee included was much appreciated. We had a private room, and it met all our needs. The onsens were great! 3 are there and never seemed to be busy…I recommend the outside one. Location is also ideal…only a 2 minute walk to the town Onsen. We usually like to stay in 3 star hotels or better seeing we are not hostel type people anymore, but we would stay here again, and I would recommend this place to anyone.
