Disappointing stay, we arrived around 3pm & understood that rooms are available at 4pm. We told reception that we had to leave at 6 for a concert, left our numbers & email
& they said they would call us when the room was ready.
NO CALL & we didn’t get to our room until 5.20.
We asked if it was possible for them to book a cab to the concert for us, they said no & have us a cab no to try. You would hope a hotel of this calibre would have better customer service?
When we returned after the concert to have a nightcap ( admittedly 11.40pm, the bar was very busy and people were taking drinks from the bar) but we were told they could no longer serve us. Maybe one rule for the corporate guests?
It is a good hotel but the customer service just wasn’t up to a Grand Hyatt standard
