Rooms smell so bad unhealthy at all lots of bugs and ants where found in the room dirty sheets couldn’t stay I checked out and left

From day one of my arrival I was treated like I was treated like royalty and it showed and the staff actions and purpose that they were customer service oriented the front desk receptionists Mrs Kitty was a awesome lady who went above and beyond to assure I was coming and a friendly atmosphere I would recommend this establishment to anybody everybody from the front desk staff down to the housekeepers were nothing but kind friend and helpful this is a group of awesome individual well done kudos.

The staff all the way down to housekeepers were very helpful attentive and helpful from day 1 of ✅ in my experience was nothing but pleasurable Mrs.kitty the front desk receptionist went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable she and staff were definitely about customer satisfaction I would recommend to anyone..

Room wasn't completely cleaned -- garbage along the edge of the bed. Carpet was filthy -- my feet were brown with dirt. Old hotel, needs some TLC.

The interior of the hotel needs to be updated. Rugs on the 2nd floor looked worn with stains. The room was clean but I would have preferred a walk in shower.

The air conditioning wasn't working.
The carpet was stinking with molds and what not.
Nothing was clean about our room.

Close to Busch Gardens which was our trip purpose. Free breakfast was nice with make your own waffles, bagels, pastries, cereal, etc. Staff was friendly. The only negative was the room has a musty smell. But, it was clean and worked for the purpose of our trip.

Such a worst stay i ever in my past 10 years, bath tub water clogged whole time and fungus in roof and water leaking in roof , various stain in hallways and such a bad smell in the room . Broken microwave and tv in very small size . Hollow bed . So terrible experience I ever had

The staff were wonderful The bathroom was in complete disrepair a bathtub that had a clogged in it that i had to remove the hair and a shower head that water was coming out the sides instead of through the head
