The hotel has a great location in the old town so it’s very convenient and the design around the hotel is gorgeous and the rooms have antique furnishings. Maria is extremely helpful and polite when I checked in late after 5pm. Do note that there’s no kettle in the room but a shared kitchen at level 2, sadly when I wanted to use it, the kettle might have been taken by other guests. Will be great if each room can have a kettle or if there is a main water dispenser. The toilet seat is not securely fastened so be careful. The water in the bathroom can easy splash out as it’s a curtain shower for the standing shower. Room slippers, fragrant shower, shampoo, hair conditioner and shower caps are provided.

This was a great random find. Got info sent to me as I was arriving late. Communication was clear and the instructions were easy to follow. Room was nicely appointed and really quiet. Maria was super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for your next stay in Tallinn.

Such a charming place to stay. Really makes you feel like the you’re completely in the heart of the old city without sacrificing any modern benefits. Except for an elevator, this place has it all. :)

Absence totale de service. Nous sommes restés 5 nuits. La chambre n'a été nettoyée qu'une seule fois, le 2è jour. La réception n'est ouverte que de 8h à 17h. Mais le jour de notre départ, à 9h, il n'y avait encore personne à l'accueil et pas un mot d'explication. La bagagerie n'est disponible qu'aux heures d'ouverture de la réception... Pas de petit-déjeuner. On peut utiliser la cuisine et laisser des produits dans le réfrigérateur. Bref, aucun service à un prix qui se révèle excessif. Certes l'accueil est souriant et l'hotel est bien situé à proximité de tout en centre-ville. Les chambres sont agréables. Les parties communes ont du charme et il y a une belle terrasse commune. Mais pour le service, il faut être informé qu'il est totalement absent.
