The breakfast was good but not worth the price. The hotel is nice and staff is very friendly and welcoming. The view if your higher up is beautiful

太簡陋，拖鞋、牙刷什麼都沒有！
早餐装食物的盘子，拿起來准備去拿食物，几乎每一个盘子都有沒有洗乾淨的残留食物，好恶心！
2023/11/28，早餐的那个高个子女士工作非常有工作熱情、服務周到、热心！很友好！她說她來这餐廳工作兩年半了！忘了问她的姓名！有了她的服务抵消了盘子不干净带来的不好体驗。值得大大点贊！

Great location, walking distance to Florida State University campus and a short drive to Downtown Tallahassee. Very attentive and friendly staff that went above and beyond to help us.

Property is tired and needs a renovation. Furnishings and bathroom need to be updated. There is no noise insulation, so you can hear everything in the hall as if it were in the room. Bed was comfy and front desk staff were great.

When I booked the room, I was told that the room was sold out and there was no room. The two beds turned into one bed and the smoking room was very smelly. I didn't sleep for one night and the experience was very bad. No apology was given to us.

The room was comfortable enough but it faced the stoplight which had constant beeping for pedestrians/crosswalks all night long which was loud enough to keep me awake at night.
I chose this hotel for the EV car chargers, but they only charged at 15-20mph...horribly slow, even when I was the only car there (worse when another EV plugged in). My car was on the charger for 13 hours and still not charged up. They should be transparent and note that in their description

We were given a room directly across from an elevator so it was very noisy. The hotel didn’t appear to be busy on Wed., Feb 21st. A better location would have been nice. Three electrical outlets didn’t work on the desk. The hot and cold water was reversed on the shower. I will note they were properly labeled, but still could have been a safety hazard.

First time staying here but will not be my last. I really liked the hotel. I like the size of the hotel, not so large that you get lost, and not too small that it feels cramped. Has a nice bar, speedy elevator, very nicely decorated. Bed was very comfy, fast hot water to the tub. Good location to FSU campus and downtown. Only issue was parking but the staff helped out and got it taken care of.
