Alma Loft

After a long trip from New York, arriving at Alma Loft was like finding a little piece of Heaven. Everyone at the hotel was so friendly and accommodating during our stay. Claudia and Pauline went out of their way each day to make sure we were comfortable and continuing to ask if we needed anything. The hotel service was an absolute A+. The food was amazing and the head Chef took great care of us for each meal - explaining all the specials he had and even did he best speaking English. The location was ideal - private beach to relax, pool with spectacular views and the sunsets every night were mind blowing. A quick tuk-tuk ride to town if you wanted more action. It felt very safe the entire time as there were always security guards at the entryways. I couldn't imagine being catered to any better than the service we received by everyone on the premises. I noticed most guests stayed for a shorter amount of time but I'm so glad we stayed the full week at AlmaLoft. Highly recommend to anyone that is visiting the Mancora Area!

We loved everything about the hotel. Room was beautiful with amazing view of sea. The suites all have amazing views and comfy loungers to sit back and relax. The pool is really clean and is a very relaxing space. The restaurant has some of the best seafood we have ever had ! We spent Christmas here and the staff were so helpful and made us feel really at home- if you need something you can send a WhatsApp to reception and they bring your drink etc. so fast. The Restaurant staff are great too and the barman even made me a White Russian even though it wasn’t on the menu! Delicious breakfast included in price! They change it daily !

My family and I recently spent an unforgettable week at the Alma Loft in Las Pocitas, and we couldn't have been more impressed with our experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and made to feel right at home. The hotel's location right on the coast provided breathtaking views of the ocean, and we were fortunate enough to witness some of the most stunning sunsets we've ever seen. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with all the amenities we needed to feel comfortable and relaxed. What truly set our stay apart, however, was the exceptional service we received from the hotel staff. Everyone we interacted with, from the front desk to the housekeeping team, went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed and that our stay was as enjoyable as possible. Overall, we can't recommend the Alma Loft highly enough. It's the perfect destination for anyone looking to relax, unwind, and soak up some of the natural beauty that Northern Peru has to offer.

I came to Alma after doing a long and intense trek in Cusco and Machu Picchu and got exactly the quiet and relaxation I was craving, along with extremely friendly and thoughtful service from the fabulous staff. Bruno was so nice and welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed, often going out of his way to make sure I was comfortable. Pauline and Lula were also super nice and attentive, and made my stay very pleasant. The rooms are gorgeous, tasteful and comfortable, with stunning views of the Pacific Ocean. All day you are treated to the gentle sights and sounds of wave crashing a few meters from your door, and this is especially nice as you fall asleep and wake up. Speaking of sleep, I slept extra well at Alma, between the relaxing days you can't help but experience, the comfortable bed, and the calm and quiet atmosphere. I loved lounging in their private beach section and swimming in the warm ocean, having it mostly to myself every day. The pool was also super fun, and a great place to enjoy the sunset, and the long period of colorful sky that follows. Every night watching the sunset was a very special treat, from my deck, the beach, or the open air restaurant. I loved eating the delicious breakfast there every morning, and several excellent lunches and dinners as well. And when you don't want to leave your beach lounge chair or your room, you simply send a whatsaap text requesting food and drink and it is brought to you in a flash. I highly recommend Alma and am already planning to go back!

A truly magical spot. Good food, great service and an amazing beach. Make sure to look closely at all the room choices, they are all quite different and some are much better then others. The kite school on the property is a great place to learn.

Excelente todo!! El trato del personal con mucha amabilidad y dispuesto a solucionar todo. Lo mejor es la comida del restaurant y el bar, Muy bueno su pisco sour de Daniel. La única crítica que puedo hacer es que deberían mejorar el desayuno, Muy pobre a mi parecer. Las instalaciones en general muy lindas con su toque rústico y las habitaciones muy cómodas. 100 % recomendable!!

¡Hermosa experiencia! Lindo lugar para relajarte, con súper buen trato y la mejor comida. Agradezco la atención y las facilidades, incluso me ayudaron mucho con una sorpresa para mi esposo. Desayunos deliciosos y variados, cuarto impecable.

El hotel es increíble, personalizado, relajante y te invita a la desconexión de la ciudad y mimetizarte con el paisaje. Dormir frente al mar es lejos lo mejor que le puede suceder al ser humano. El personal es increíblemente amable y atento. Bistró Alma, el restaurante es lejos la mejor gastronomía que hemos probado. ❤️

Súper amables y el hotel hermoso 🙌🏾 Fuimos en pareja y desde el día 1 nos encantó la habitación por su privacidad y la vista a la playa. El personal es muy amable y atento, en general lo recomendamos. Limpieza: súper buena Atención: A1 Restaurante: bueno El único feedback es que nunca pudimos comer su degustación marina porque no tenían langosta ni conchas por los días que nos quedamos, y siendo fiestas deberían contar con todos los insumos. Regresaremos de todas maneras🙌🏾
