Neat and spacious room with comfy bed, but didn’t expect that they charge for toothbrushes…and which are in low quality. I wasn’t expecting any bday surprise, yet they have a complimentary scone and a tea…better than nothing…but could be more generous!

Great location！ Close to Tainan Station. We had a great deal, USD100 per night including breakfast for two. We booked a double room but I believe we were updated to a family room when we checked in. The room was reasonabally spacious and fairly clean apart from a glass print found on one of the sidetables. Breakfast had a wide selection of *********, Japanese and Western cuisines.

Amazing! Stayed at this hotel for one night and really enjoyed everything. The pool on the roof was a nice surprise. Breakfast was great too. Totally recommend!

A very clean hotel with very polite and helpful staff. Morning breakfast spread is awesome! A little sad that the swimming pool is closed during weekday mornings.

I love this hotel. The room is very clean and spacious. Bed is very comfortable and there is also a sofa bed. Service staffs are very helpful and friendly. Toilet bowl is equipped with intelligent sensor. Breakfast is great as the spread is good. I especially like their Benedict Eggs.

Title: Excellent Stay with Minor Noise Issue and Gym Feedback I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel in Tainan, and overall, it exceeded my expectations. Firstly, the location was fantastic. It was conveniently close to both the Tainan bus and train stations, making travel around the city effortless. The grand lobby made for a stunning first impression, and upon entering my room, I was delighted to find spacious accommodations that rivaled those of a 5-star hotel. However, the only downside to my otherwise flawless experience was the occasional sound of ambulances from the nearby hospital, especially at night. While it didn't detract too much from my enjoyment, it's worth noting for light sleepers. Next time, I'll request a room facing away from the road to mitigate this issue. Additionally, I made use of the hotel gym during my stay, but I found it to be on the smaller side. It would be beneficial for the hotel to consider adding some dumbbells to enhance the workout experience for guests. Despite these minor drawbacks, I still highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again in the future. Overall, I'd rate my experience a solid 9 out of 10.
