The spot is right on the lake with a beautiful sunrise over the Sierra Nevada!
Staff is very communicative and helpful. Two drawbacks: the breakfast bites being offered at 9:30am and the office was closed at 8am, when many will checkout as they leave to ski at area resorts.

Very dusty outdated rooms with a scent of an old persons home.. very uncomfortable beds.. and the sofa felt musky .. best part about this place was the view. That is it.

Would not stay here for multiple nights. The bed was a tiny, old murphy bed. We instead opted to sleep on the 1/2” thick pull out couch because it was so uncomfortable. The window on the door makes for 0 privacy, you also share a balcony with next door neighbors. There is no communication for guests and staff after 4pm. I am not sure what kind of hotel staff leaves before most people check in.. I should have known beforehand what this would be like. The next door guest to us BLASTED music for 6 hours and slammed doors. We were actually afraid for our safety, but the staff was gone for the night. We actually left the property because we were afraid to be sharing a balcony with this individual. Do not stay here. Wayyyyy over priced as well.

We had a great time staying here. The condo is well equipped and spacious. We also enjoyed talking to the hotel staff, very friendly and helpful.

This condo was not on the Lake Tahoe, rather across a busy street. The condo had two bedrooms and one was up a steep narrow stairway. Both bathrooms were on the first floor! Making it difficult for this 79 YO man especially in the middle of the night.
Living room with TV had one very uncomfortable couch. How about another chair in the. And a chair in the upstairs bedroom would have been nice too.
I will mot return again.

I would not recommend this place again. At first glance it seems clean. But there were spiderwebs all over the windows and the first night I got there the heater was up to 80, it wouldn’t shut off. there was no one available at the front desk on the weekend. Only. M-F 9-5. I had to call the after hours emergency service, they came to shut it off.
It was so loud! I stayed in the room on the corner next to the street and the traffic sound was horrible. The first morning the alarm went off at 5 AM second morning there was jackhammering outside at 7 AM. Also, they started leaf blowing at 8 AM. It was so noisy. I went to the front desk and asked if they could give me a call when the manager returned. They never called. It’s a very noisy place and sort of run down. I wouldn’t stay there again.

The property is on the water with access to a large swimming area without much boat traffic. Very large open green area. Overall very nice accommodation for the price. The only thing I didn’t like was the shower head wasn’t even five feet and I’m six three. I would def come back to it again.

I love how quiet and family friendly the resort was. Private beach huge grassy area with different sports set up. Clean bbq area. Beautiful clean room with kitchen. Loved it. Planning on coming back here every summer.
