設施：酒店很新很乾凈
衞生：每天有打掃的人員
環境：酒店樓下有seven eleven，旁邊有SM商場商場很大，商場負一層有超市，商場樓上有酒吧和餐吧，有購物中心
服務：服務很好很熱情
酒店距離MOA也不是很遠，價格也很親民，不錯的選擇

Fantastic location and superb customer service. Walking distance ro SM Aura and Market Market. We really enjoyed our stay in this great hotel and will definitely book again next time. Two thumbs up!

새로지은(2023년 준공) 건물이라서 깨끗하고, 시설도 좋고, SM AURA가 바로 대각선 길건너에 있어서 너무나 좋았습니다. 새벽에 도착해서 출출한 참에 호텔건물 1층에 있는 세븐일레븐은 가뭄에 단비(?) 같아서 너무 좋았고요.
SM AURA에는 식성 까다로운 사람들에게 다양한 먹거리를 맛볼수 있는 레스토랑(필리핀음식, 중식, 일식등 다양함)이 있어서 좋았고, 호텔 객실에는 전자렌지, 간이 씽크대, 대형 삼성TV가 있고, 넷플릭스 계정이 있다면 한국에서 보던 드라마나 영화도 연결해서 볼 수 있답니다. 타국 방송이 아닌 자국 드라마, 영화는 피로도 풀어줍니다. 호텔 오른쪽 아랫 골목으로는 작은 시장 같은것도 형성되어 있어 현지 음식이나 풍경도 즐기실 수 있고요. 다음에도 'HOTEL 101 FORT' 또 이용 할게요.

Hotel room was well furnished and quite roomy. Toiletries and toothbrush sets were also provided. Its central location close to BGC makes it easy to commute around the area as well. Overall, an extremely pleasant experience staying here.

Exceptional customer service, with a commi**ent to making our stay comfortable. Beds were exceptionally comfortable.Rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and equipped with all necessary amenities.

Management needs to put anti-slip rubber mats surrounding the pool area, it's very slippery. Pool and breakfast area restrooms don't have bidets installed.

Location and service is good but the room itself is not child-friendly type. I suggest to check the edges of the side table drawer handle. Super sharp that’s why my son got scratched. Or if you are with a child, better to cover the side table with pillow.
