Staff was great and very friendly. Mall is a short safe walk away which is great! Room was clean which is always nice. Only complaint was floor around pool was a little dirty but I am a clean freak. Definitely will stay there again!

The first front desk reception clerk we had was
Not very pleasant. However the send front desk reception clerk we encountered was amazing. The room was beautiful and spacious and the beds were so comfy. The pool was on the small side but warm so the kids loved it. The chef was the icing on the top though. The breakfast special was amazing and he was so energetic.

All the staff were wonderful. From the free shuttle service to the happy hour with snacks and then the buffet breakfast was fabulous.

Very nice hotel, new, clean and modern. Great sized room for family of 4 and the happy hour was a nice surprise bonus. Great location as we were there for the destiny 🇺🇸 mall. Would definitely stay again

The hotel was very spacious and fitted our little group quite well. I was a bit disappointed to find that the sofa bed I was supposed to sleep on wasn’t changed and after pulled off the sheets there were tiny black curly hairs (ew). But the breakfast was great - honestly some of the best I have had and the hotel accommodated my requests.

This has been one of our favorite places to stay. Staff was friendly and the rooms were good size for the three of us with extra sink and microwave. Even though the pool was busy we were able to have fun and enjoy it. The bartenders were so nice and explained the complementary drinks for us. The breakfast crew were fast and friendly as well while putting out a great breakfast! Would definitely recommend staying here!

Great location, friendly staff, nice style. Could be a bit cleaner and room wasn’t properly stocked. Empty bottles with hair left on them from previous guests and many areas haven’t been cleaned like the chairs.
