Needed much needed sleep and didn’t get it. After being told I was getting a room that would be quiet and away from anything, I instead got a room that was near road and it was loud. Asked for room to be away from elevator as well and it was literally right next to it. Late check-out was not handled properly at first but eventually just left at normal check-out time. Water pressure in shower was terrible, almost coming to a trickle and then coming back on boiling hot…very dangerous!

飯店位於Tempe，離機場近，交通便利且好停車，飯店有小商店，附近也有circle K，旁邊即shopping mall，很好逛，飯店有附簡單早餐，咖啡吧，有付費的洗衣機跟烘乾機（各兩台），對旅客而言很方便，服務人員友善，是值得推薦的住宿

Beautiful location , all workers and staff very nice and kind and helpful I appreciate the experience , the pool and hot tubs top knotch , the food was great the drinks too

周邊有油站便利店和大型購物中心 很方便。房間算大 也提供早餐 還不錯。服務人員也很友善 值得入住👍

Overall, I’d recommend this hotel to travelers looking for comfort and convenience, despite the minor WiFi issue.

Well, for the price, you can't complain too much, it gives you enough to stay comfortably, full kitchen, nice A/C, the bed is a little bit too soft... why they charge $5 for parking per day, it's not making any sense, but I guess that's how they make additional income. It's definitely recommended to those seeking for a good value hotel.
