Spent just one night on my visit to the State Capitol. Friendly staff at check in and room was clean. Loved having lots of pillows on the bed. Shower water pressure was just okay, but shampoo and conditioner were nice. Convenient automated online check out option. Convenient parking structure for additional charge. Did not try any food there.

Stay here every month always good

A couple decades ago I used to like La Quinta chain quite a bit, but apparently a couple of bad experiences soured me. This was the first time I stayed in this chain since and I was surprisingly pleased. The front desk girl seemed crazy but friendly. Nothing smelled weird anywhere and my room was large and comfortable. I have no complaints (outside of the elevator, being slower than stairs), especially at this price point. Don’t pay extra for the breakfast unless you want Froot Loops and bagels. Seems pretty close to I-55 and there was a massive but understocked Walmart across a parking lot.
