The service was amazing. The staff were the kindest, and I should really be thanking the food and beverage people for helping with my disability. This place will definitely be my stay if I ever visit Ankara again.

The hotel has a very pleasant and comfortable environment, which made my stay relaxing from the beginning. I would especially like to thank Ferhat, Omer, and the rest of the hotel staff for their incredible help and kindness. When I first arrived at the hotel, I unfortunately realized that I had left my phone in a taxi. The staff immediately took action — they helped check the security cameras, contacted the taxi company, and eventually managed to get in touch with the driver. Throughout the whole process, they were extremely patient, warm-hearted, and supportive. I was truly touched by their professionalism and genuine care. This experience made my stay much more reassuring, and I am deeply grateful for their help.

โรงแรมสวยจริงๆ มีเพียง Trip. Com เท่านั้นที่อยู่กับรูปสระว่ายน้ํากลางแจ้งและอ้างว่าแผนกต้อนรับของโรงแรมจะยืนยันสระว่ายน้ํากลางแจ้ง โรงแรมไม่มีข้อตกลงโดยตรงกับ Trip.com และภาพถ่ายของสระว่ายน้ํากลางแจ้งยังคงออนไลน์ แม้ว่าฉันจะแจ้งทางอีเมลและแชทแล้วว่าสระว่ายน้ํากลางแจ้งนี้ไม่มีอยู่จริง สระว่ายน้ําด้านในมีขนาดเล็กแต่ดี อาหารเช้าเพียงพอและเตียงนอนสบายมาก ฉันจะอยู่ที่นั่นอีกครั้ง

ถูกและดี โรงแรมบนเนินเขา บอกตามตรงว่าไม่เกี่ยวอะไรกับเรดิสันระดับห้าดาวเลย แต่มีซุปเปอร์มาร์เก็ตใหญ่อยู่รอบๆ มีร้านสเต็กที่ดีมาก สะดวกมาก
