Best 4 star hotel!! Initially we were worried about an all inclusive 4 star hotel. What if services, food, drink and entertainment aren’t good, we will be stuck! However, they changed our mind the minute we got there. As I approached the counter, they welcomed us and said they would check if our room was ready. Although it’s not, they took our bags for us and gave us a card (which allowed us to go and have lunch without extra cost) so we could start enjoying our time at the hotel. The room was clean and we loved the deco. We loved the attention to detail too! You can tell a lot of thoughts have gone into the design of the room. We love the food there too. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner every day we were there. Apart from the usual kids’ favourite, the main dishes were different at every meal every day. I particularly enjoyed the freshly cooked fish and paellas; and the Halloween themed night meal. The animación team was excellent. They were very good with my kids. My youngest was a bit shy to start with at the kids club. One of the staff gave her a lot of special attention to help her settle in. The evening entertainment was better than expected too. We really enjoyed the acrobat show. It’s not exactly BGT standard but it’s definitely entertaining enough to keep all of us happy. It’s also 10 mins away by car from the airport. We actually took the bus on the way there. It cost 1.40 eur per person and it stopped right opposite the hotel. On the way back, taxi cost 13-15eur. We also love that there is a beautiful beach right next to the hotel. It’s so thoughtful that there is a shower and towels right next to the gate so you could clean your feet before getting back to the hotel. If there’s anything to complain about, I would say the steam room wasn’t working during my stay!

What a fab place. 10-15 mins from airport (€22 taxi) Very central, near to the square, beaches, shops n restaurants. Quiet at night. Large, clean apartments with basic amenities, comfy beds, all you need. Helpful, friendly staff. Lots of places to eat and drink nearby. Debs diner onsite was great prices, top breakfast n good choice of food and Debs n Liz are very friendly n helpful. Everything you need on your doorstep, I’ll be back!

We had a nice clean appartement which was very spacious. The bed is really good, very soft and we slept like babies. Bathroom was nothing special but clean which is the most important thing. Breakfast is a bit on the expensive side. (8,- for 2 small orange juice). The staff was friendly. We would’ve liked to stay longer but unfortunately it was fully booked. The only downside was the 100,- borg that has to be payed with creditcard as we didn’t have one but we got the appartement anyway. I recommended this place to others if they’re looking to relaxed without the screams from tourists. If you read this as a tourist please keep this beautiful island clean and show your respect. (We walked around with an empty bag picking up trash along the road)

โรงแรมที่น่าตื่นตาตื่นใจ! ทําเลที่ปลาย PDC ที่เงียบกว่า 5/10 นาทีจากสนามบิน และเพียง € 1.40 บนรถบัสท้องถิ่น (161) ยังคงมีร้านค้าบาร์และร้านอาหาร แต่เนื่องจากเป็นโรงแรมรวมทุกอย่าง ฉันไม่เคยใช้เงินเพียงหนึ่งเซ็นต์ เบียร์ ไวน์ กาแฟ น้ําอัดลม แท้จริง แต่ยังมีบาร์มากมายรอบ ๆ สถานที่ให้บริการที่ยอดเยี่ยม ร้านอาหารสามแห่งซึ่งคุณต้องจองล่วงหน้าสองแห่ง (เอเชียและคานาเรียน) อาหารมีมากมายและมีมาตรฐานที่ดีมาก คุณไม่สามารถหิวได้! ทีมทําความสะอาดและบํารุงรักษาเป็นเหมือนกองทัพขนาดเล็ก สถานที่สะอาดสะอ้านและไม่มีอะไรมองข้าม ฉันขอแนะนําอย่างเต็มที่!!!

The apartment complex was very tranquil, there werent any noisy guests as it was mostly families. The apartment itself was very spacious and the bed very comfortable. There is a full kitchen with basic utensils included. The comms from the property was excellent, make sure to check your emails before check in as the front desk closes at 17:00, the property arranged for us to check in after hours and there were no problems doing so. Highly reccomend if you want something quiet and affordable ,would definitely go back.

Ideally located in quiet part close to old town as well as the *****. Two pool areas (one with shallow kids pool) and food available by larger pool -also small dining area just past reception (good selection for breakfast). Pool table for older kids and small playground for toddlers onsite. Very clean complex and friendly staff. Fully equipped kitchenette and lovely powerful shower in bathroom which I loved! Close to lots of shops and restaurants, but relatively steep stroll downhill to beach, fine for us but could be a workout with buggy or if any mobility issues. There was on street parking outside if hiring a car. Lots of taxis around if not! We enjoyed exploring the local areas on foot after a day of sightseeing…some great restaurants close by in the old town. No air con in the apartment that we could see (but we didn’t ask either as we stated at end January so 24 Celsius and pleasant indoors and out) - recommend checking if going at peak times. Pools weren’t heated but nice for a dip- clean and lifeguards on duty at both between 9:30 and 6pm. Relaxing short break at lovely complex, we’ll be back!

I had a wonderful time at this hotel. For a 2* it had everything I needed and wanted. Lovely palm trees and bougainvillea everywhere. There were plenty of activities to choose from / sign up to via the Tui App such as aqua aerobics, and sunset yoga, and arts and crafts. The young instructors were lovely and enthusiastic. The evening entertainment was laid back and good fun with quizzes and shows and music.  They very kindly upgraded me to a large sea view room with views across to Fuertaventura. Very much appreciated. I went self catering and the kitchen had all the equipment I needed. No oven but a combi microwave.  The bed was very comfortable. Plenty of storage space and sockets. Pool / beach towel provided.  I had the buffet dinner on my last night and there was so much choice. Very good value for €20.  Would definitely recommend.

เซอร์ไพรส์ที่น่ารื่นรมย์เมื่อเราได้รับอพาร์ตเมนต์ 2 เตียงแทนที่จะเป็น 1 เตียงที่เราจองไว้ ทําเลเยี่ยมสําหรับร้านอาหาร บาร์ และชายหาด แต่ไกลพอที่จะเงียบ สิ่งเดียวที่น่ารําคาญคือพื้นที่น้ําสําหรับเด็กซึ่งเข้าตั้งแต่ 10.00 น. ถึง 18.00 น. แม้ว่าจะไม่มีเด็กอยู่รอบ ๆ เนื่องจากสภาพอากาศเลวร้าย

พนักงานที่นี่ยอดเยี่ยมมาก พวกเขาให้เราอัพเกรดห้องเป็นห้องที่สูงขึ้นพร้อมวิวทะเลที่สวยงาม นอกจากนี้ในวันสุดท้ายพวกเขาอนุญาตให้เราเปิดห้องจนถึงบ่ายโดยไม่คิดค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม อพาร์ทเมนท์มีขนาดที่ดีและมีระเบียงขนาดใหญ่ สระว่ายน้ํามีเครื่องทําความร้อนและทําความสะอาดทุกวัน มีทางเดินใกล้ๆ อพาร์ทเม้นท์ที่ตัดผ่านเข้าเมืองซึ่งใช้เวลาเดินประมาณ 5 นาที  ที่จอดรถบนถนนมากมาย บาร์เล็ก ๆ ที่ดีที่บ่อน้ําพุอูฐที่อยู่ติดกันซึ่งเป็นสถานที่ที่แผนกต้อนรับ  ที่นี่เป็นที่พักที่น่ารักและเป็นกันเองมาก เราขอแนะนําเป็นอย่างยิ่ง
