We had a great stay! The staff were so friendly and polite, and the hotel was very clean and tidy. The free breakfast was tasty, and the shuttle bus made everything super convenient — especially for visiting our son at UBCO. We stayed two nights and would definitely come back.

I recently stayed at Hotel Zed Kelowna and overall had a great experience! The location is fantastic — right in downtown Kelowna, steps from City Park, Okanagan Lake, restaurants, shops, and nightlife, which made exploring the area super easy.

The hotel is so clean and the staffs are so nice and kind. There is a lot to eat around ; good restaurant downstairs ( Dinner & Brunch) I definitely will go back!

เราเช็คอินล่าช้าเนื่องจากเที่ยวบินของเรามาสาย หญิงสาวที่เคาน์เตอร์ด้านหน้าใจดีและช่วยเหลือดีมาก เรารู้สึกขอบคุณที่ตื่นเช้าและมีตัวเลือกมากมายสําหรับอาหารเช้า! เราเคยพักที่นี่มาก่อน และเราจะมาพักที่นี่อีกแน่นอน!

เป็นโรงแรมเก่าแก่แต่มีทําเลที่สะดวกมากและมีที่จอดรถมากมาย ห้องพักสะอาด เป็นระเบียบ มีแสงสลัวๆ โรแมนติกในบริเวณห้อง อาหารเช้าง่ายๆ มาพร้อมไข่ต้ม [ปริมาณจํากัดมาก และคุณจะไม่ได้รับหนึ่งถ้าแม้เวลา 9.00 น.] ซีเรียล ขนมปัง มัฟฟิน โยเกิร์ต นม และกาแฟ แปลกใจที่มีห้องซาวน่าและสระน้ําเล็กๆ พนักงานต้อนรับส่วนหน้าที่เป็นประโยชน์และสุภาพพร้อมบริการที่มีประสิทธิภาพ

Hotel is newer so feels fresh and clean. Our room and bedding had a bit of a stale smell, I asked to have the pillows swapped after the first night as I immediately noticed the “greasy” smell when I went to bed. Although they exchanged the pillows, the second set was no better so I sprayed them with some aromatherapy I happened to have on hand. Overall nice hotel, front desk staff could be more friendly and professional, but not a big problem.

Hotel nya bersih,makan pagi cukup lengkap ala western, lokasi agak jauh dari down town tapi di dekat hotel ada outlet sepatu branded dan ada juga resto tapi saya tidak terlalu explore sekitar hotel, didepan hotel ada stop bus ke down town kalo bawa mobil sendiri ya ngak masalah. Harga paling reasonable untuk waktu saya menginap week end.kamar cukup luas ada sofa dan ada balcony nya.

Our stay was generally okay—clean room and expected service—but nothing particularly memorable. One issue stood out: we were asked to stop using the pool at around 9:30 AM because we were told it only opens at 10. We respected that, but just minutes later, another guest used the pool at 9:37 AM, followed by a family with two kids before 10 as well. It felt inconsistent and a bit unfair. A clear and consistently enforced policy would’ve avoided the confusion and frustration. This small incident left us with mixed feelings about the stay.
