第一天預訂了大床房、覺得空氣流通不暢、房間太小、空氣有點悶，建議兩個人可以預訂雙床陽台房間、舒服很多，
衞生間也乾淨整潔一點

It was very luxurious and surprisingly affordable! The check in was a breeze and had 24 hour reception which was great. Breakfast was scrumptious and affordable too. Will be back again for sure!

This was our second stay at the Executive this year, and both times we have been more than happy with the room and the service. Highly recommended, and we will certainly be staying again.

Good location.
Very limited options for a Family of 5 (not flexible re rollaways etc) and extremely expensive for what it is. Rooms are very tight in the hallway area. Car parking is poor. The car park is very tight and oversubscribed, if you don't arrive early you will miss out on a car park. Room cleanliness is average. Only stay in desperation as Newcastle has such a shortage of family friendly accommodation.

The hotel managers refused to give extra towels multiple times, the toilet paper rolls are now only half as big for some reason and there are shared balconies now so make sure you get a room that doesn’t have loud neighbours. The staff were quite unfriendly. Pool is good but the new terms and conditions the hotel make you sign are a little bit unfriendly. Unsure if I would stay again now and I’ve stayed many many times.

We’d had a rotten day (redirected flights due to storms, and when we arrived to check in we were met by security and told the staff member had “Gone somewhere” and they didn’t know how long they would be. We were told to sit and wait. It was 12:30am, we had been up for 25 hours at the point and when they did return, about 20 mins later, they didn’t even acknowledge us or apologise for the wait. They had Cleary been out smoking - it was thick in the air upon their return.
