外觀像個集裝箱，內部乾淨整潔，但是有裝修的氣味，通過ctrip聯繫店家，不承認，無奈。停車方便，海邊走走也蠻舒服的。

房間偏小，該有的都有，不錯

Fall asleep to sound of the ocean! Absolutely stunning views. Great location is an easy walk to a restaurant, bar, bottle shop. Downtown is about a 15 minute walk - very doable. Beds are comfortable. If you are inclined to cook, there is a stovetop and sufficient cooking pots, etc.

We were certain we'd booked & paid for a beach front unit! We asked if there were any available (happy to pay) & were curtly told no! Absolutely not true, unless 95% of them didn't bring a car & turn any lights on! The unit was well equipped, warm & cosy & super clean. Lower power points & some in the bedroom would have been appreciated. Very expensive really for what it was.

We arrived at the Swansea Beach Chalets after the office had closed for the day. Our key was waiting in a box outside the office. Along with the key, was a map of the property, and a form for me to fill out. My wife was sick with a cold, and I was getting sick. When we found our unit, all of the windows were open - it was about 50 degrees Fahrenheit outside, and the rooms were freezing. I tried to turn on the air handler, but could only get it to blow cold air. I tried to call and email the office, but, of course, no one was there. There was a printed piece on a table in the "living room" with a QR code on it, but I could not find a password for the internet, so I couldn't access the QR code (The management told me later that there was a sheet with the password with my keys, but I never saw it.) I called ******* to see if they could help, and when they couldn't, I asked them to help me find another hotel room - which they did. I then asked for a refund, and ******* said they would contact the management. We went to a local hotel with heat. We never used the room, and left it in the condition that we found it. There was no reason to charge us. The next day, I heard from the management of the Swansea Beach Chalets, who placed blame for our unpleasant experience squarely on me. She was rude at best. The worst lodging experience I have had in years of travel.

2 night stay with a family of 4 in a 2 bedroom apartment with amazing waterfront views across the bay. The owner was very helpful with recommendations regarding things to visit, see and eat. We really enjoyed our visit. A day trip to Bicheno also a highlight.

Had the best experience here. The managers Rachel and Andy were so welcoming and couldnt do enough for us. We had an issue with our booking thru booking .com but they fixed it up straight away. The park is on the beach with the best views anywhere we have stayed. The Mill Bark hotel is a 3min walk.

We only had one night in Swansea – we wish we would’ve had more. We loved our sea view chalet, thrilled with the outstanding view of the beach and bay. The split-level chalet was new and modern with separate bedroom and kitchenette. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The smart TV had a great range of programming as well as streaming services. The deck out front was an amazing place to watch the sunrise. The location was very good, out along a quiet beach, only a 10-min walk down the beach to the main part of the town (restaurants, grocery store, etc.). Every unit had its own parking spot. Overall we were thoroughly impressed with this place and would highly recommend it to other travelers looking for an amazing place in Swansea.
