Lovely hotel in the quiet yangcheng lake area. Clean, modern, comfortable hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Food in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast is good, with different options. Close to the lake for walking, running and cycling. The sunset by the grounds of the hotel is beautiful.

It was the second time we had stayed in this hotel. We love the lake right in front of the hotel for a walk, and the staffs are helpful. Wish there were more food options. And the mini bar was not complete. No food options in between meals.

Modern hotel in excellent condition. Offers chairs and tents for outdoor use but very limited supply available. High quality offerings of Chinese and international foods. Spacious rooms with good views.

Nice view from the room. Stylish design. Coffee from Cheng16 cafe not recommended.

It's good. But It's too cold in the room, because the aircondition didn't work well.

Overpriced hotel...we paid 4000rmb (800usd/ night), miss-leading outdoor pool advertisement, the pool set outside the hotel next to parking lot. and no outdoor service. only one restaurant in the hotel. and there is nothing nearby hotel. They didnt even have a lounge or for family / friends to have a gathering. Very basic bar.

This is a beautiful hotel in a fantastic location with extremely friendly and helpful staff. We were made to feel very welcome and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a great view and an outdoor balcony. The breakfast is delicious and offers a varied choice. I would 100% recommend.

非常棒的生日之旅，感謝酒店管家daisy的熱情貼心招待，送了兒子最喜歡的奧利奧蛋糕，升級了湖景房，酒店非常適合度假，性價比無敵，周邊吃飯很方便，景色空氣都很好，套餐的雙人火鍋量很大，三個人都沒吃完，味道也很好！週六的🎆很贊！

五一選擇陽澄湖度過週末，酒店管家Lucy小田提前聯繫發送相關酒店訊息和出行提醒，還詢問入住需求，入住時特別安排了酒店別墅房間，特別適合我們家庭需求，和家人走動十分方便。別墅底下的房間有一個小花園，裏面精心安排了小朋友玩的滑梯，搖搖木馬等，小朋友很喜歡。別墅樓上的房間有很大的露台，有陽澄湖美景可以觀賞。前台Allan也非常熱情幫忙checkin，還詢問各種需求，讓人覺得賓至如歸。酒店地理位置非常好，離湖邊很近，可以租用自行車環湖遊玩。小朋友也可以在户外的小童樂園遊玩，天氣不好可以在室內的小童樂園放電，也可以在室內泳池游泳，寶寶池水温很適合小寶寶。週六晚上有煙花表演，很是驚喜！唯一不足的是，酒店餐廳有點小，節假日早飯人多顯得很擁擠，早餐選擇也一般，服務感覺也有點跟不上，有待改進！

應為雨天的關係 一入門前台就很細心的把原本一樓的庭院房給升級到了三樓的湖景豪華房；酒店正門口就有各種自行車租賃，15元半個小時，沿着湖岸一路順着騎行道往前騎，無論長者還是小朋友都很安全；晚上8點有煙花，但因為外出晚飯超過了觀看的時間，入住管家Daisy知道了後很貼心的給小朋友留了小煙花供玩耍，小朋友表示下次要去住大別墅。 周邊通勤除了自駕車基本很難出行，但是到每一個景點都非常的近，基本開車都在10分鐘以內可以到達。 陽澄湖確實是個好地方，等春暖花開荷葉露頭，會考慮全家老小再去度假⛱️。
