The location is great. The room inside was awesome but the downside was that the room we had was right next to the reception and you can here everything: people talking, the reception staff talking, people playing piano very early, the sound proofing is not great. No western menu but they still had a breakfast spread which was good.

Good hotel but they should mention B1 rooms are with no real window

It was very good. Anyone will love staying here. It's near Jinji lake, just a walk away.

Location is perfect, in the ceneter of city close to the river and beautiful area. Many luxery houses and school next to the hotel. I also liked a service, hotel workers were kind. What i didn't like: Breakfast is not super. I didn't like a room, it was dirty when we arrived, a smell of cigarettes, cigarette ash in the bathroom. You can hear everything that happens in the next room, literally holding a candle all night for one couple.

This is a very nice hotels with great service from the staff. I would recommend it if you are looking for an overnight stay or longer.

我覺得這個酒店非常的好 離金雞湖也近 近地鐵站 然後呢環境也不錯 房間挺大 早餐也可以。算是我在蘇州住過的很好的酒店 前台還幫我們免費升級了房間 這次住的特別的舒適 以後有住酒店的需求還會來這家店。

酒店距離金雞湖和地鐵星波街站都很近，出行和遊玩都方便。房間寬敞明亮，浴房和馬桶分開，洗手盆也是兩個，很方便。夜裡有感應燈，起夜時很安全。自助早餐品種比較全，床品舒適，有小冰箱，有自助洗衣機，整體感覺性價比不錯。

第一次入住該酒店，在前台辦理入住時，前台員工非常貼心，不僅幫我升級房間，還告知我酒店的地下停車場在酒店旁邊，把車牌號報給前台後即可免費停車，地下停車場有很明顯的酒店位置指引。而地面停車場屬於物業是要收費的。房間不錯，有電動窗簾、電動馬桶、感應燈。早飯在M層，7：30-9：30。值得再次入住！
