เราพักที่นี่อย่างมีความสุขเป็นเวลา 3 วันในห้องสวีท ห้องพักกว้างขวางดี มีสระว่ายน้ำส่วนตัว และพนักงานเป็นมิตร ข้อเสียเพียงอย่างเดียว (ซึ่งเป็นข้อเสียใหญ่) คือ มีงานอีเวนต์ที่มีเสียงเพลงดังและเสียงเบสหนักมาก และห้องของเราอยู่ใต้เวทีพอดี แม้ว่าเราจะแจ้งเรื่องร้องเรียนและได้รับการขอโทษแล้ว รวมถึงพนักงานพยายามขอให้ดีเจลดเสียงเบสลง (มันทำให้ห้องสั่นสะเทือน) แต่มันก็ทำให้การพักของเราเสียไป เพราะเด็กๆ (และเรา) นอนไม่หลับจนกว่างานจะจบตอน 23:00 น.! ในอนาคต โปรดอย่าจัดห้องสวีทให้ครอบครัว (หรือใครก็ตาม) อยู่ในชั้น 7 หากมีการจองงานอีเวนต์ไว้ด้านบน!

ห้องพักดี สะอาด อาหารเช้าอร่อย ประสบการณ์การรับประทานอาหารเย็นไม่ค่อยดีนักเนื่องจากอิทธิพลของอินฟลูเอนเซอร์ แต่โดยรวมแล้วอาหารก็โอเค

ทำเลดี ห้องพักกว้างขวาง ควรปรับปรุงความสะอาด โดยเฉพาะห้องน้ำ อาหารเช้าพอใช้ได้

โดยรวมแล้วเป็นโรงแรมขนาดกะทัดรัดที่ดี สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกระดับ 4 ดาว ตั้งอยู่ใจกลางเมือง แต่การจราจรในชั่วโมงเร่งด่วนตอนเย็นก็ใหญ่มาก โดยรวมแล้วเป็นประสบการณ์การเข้าพักที่น่ารื่นรมย์

Excellent stay at Novotel. The room was neat and well maintained, with timely housekeeping. Great breakfast, outstanding service, and very friendly staff from reception to the T-floor bar. Highly recommended.

I was not happy with the facilities. They charged extra for additional services, and the breakfast buffet staff was not very friendly. They said I would get extra amenities if I upgraded, but nothing was provided even after upgrading. Overall, I am not happy with my stay at Novotel Hotel.

An unforgettable stay with amazing cuisine and rooftop entertainment, Novotel on Chamiers Rd is a must see. • 8 min walk to Nandanam Metro 🚉 • Koox Japanese Rooftop Bar 🍸 • Food Exchange Buffet Restaurant • 10min drive to T-Nagar shopping district Stayed for 10 nights over the Independence Day weekend in August, and was very impressed by the hospitality and service of every staff member from the front of house to the room service, who did not hesitate to accommodate my every request. Koox Rooftop bar located at the terrace is a premier dining experience for any Japanese or Thai cuisine aficionados, the evening vibes had us coming back for more. A special mention to the Food Exchange Buffet Restaurant on the 1st Floor, Chef de Partie Amit and Restaurant Manager Nisarg went above and beyond to cater for every request at breakfast, lunch and dinner.
