Atour Hotel Huaihai Street, Lion Mountain, Suzhou New District

去蘇州看張韶涵演唱會，選了這一家酒店。交通方便，房間乾淨，關鍵是前台的服務員姐姐的態度也非常好👍旁邊就是淮海街（日料一條街）非常有感覺！離蘇州體育館也非常近，步行衹要十幾分鍾，十分推薦！

這是我第一次和女朋友來蘇州，主要是去日本街，由於是自駕，想找一個有免費停車場的酒店，正好選擇亞朵酒店，這裏位置絕佳，離淮海路很近，酒店服務人員很貼心，提前會電話聯繫，雖然房間比較小，但是非常乾淨，設施設備都很在線，特別是價格在端午節也沒有很過分的漲價，300多一晚性價比極高，臨走之前還送了2瓶礦泉水給我們，比心！

來蘇州出差的，酒店總體感覺還是不錯的。乾淨衞生方面，亞朵是可以保證，也是首選的原因。 價格:還算實惠，公務出差來説性價比比較高。 功能:一樓有健身房和洗衣服，可以看圖片。剛好來這邊幾天都下雨，有地方洗衣服烘乾，順便再運動一下。 餐飲:早餐還算是豐富的，基本算滿意，如果有當地的豆花就更好了。

蘇州二日遊出行選擇亞朵，但是讓我太失望了，辦入住的時候説我訂的房型沒有給我升級，希望我給個好評，滿心歡喜走到房間，一看有點傻了，也沒感覺升級了啊，房型是正方形的，空間小很壓抑的，也就算了，更奇葩的事發生了，半夜起床上個廁所，馬桶堵了，心想太晚也不好意思打擾前台報修了，第二天一早6:40趕緊打電話給前台報修了，不知道什麼原因，一拖在拖到7:30還不來修，再打電話催促（難道不知道客人需要用廁所的嗎？），40分終於有人來修，弄了半天結果告知還修不好，整個人都悶了，一早心情就極差，而且協調也慢，就沒有備用房間的嗎？需要用洗手間還需要我們去一樓大廳使用，要換房間還要等到8:45才能換，一天行程也被打亂，真的是沒遇到的都遇上了，瞬間感覺體驗感極差

Every staff member I interacted with was helpful and eager to make my stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Their recommendations for local attractions and dining spots were spot-on, enhancing my exploration of Suzhou. In conclusion, my stay at Atour Hotel Huaihai Street, Lion Mountain, was memorable for all the right reasons. It strikes the perfect balance between luxury and comfort, with a touch of local culture. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Suzhou and looking for an exquisite stay. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

The room is value for money. Staff are extremely friendly and will go the extra mile to assist u. Special mention to 小暑和枝荟 for assisting to my laundry and check out. Will stay again the next time I come to suzhou

Compare with other Atour, this one little be older, but very good location

Very recommended for stay i suzhou .. especially for business trip : hygiene, high quality service … 24h service … take out order for food there’s a robot who serve and bring it to your room hehe incredible 💋😍
