There was a loud drone in my hotel room which no members of the staff would acknowledge or address when I brought it to their attention.

Not exactly in the nicest neighborhood. This hotel is also very Old and run down. On a positive note the staff there was very professional. And nice

Checked in went to the room and then turned around went back out and checked out, sheets have stains all over them they looked like they were never washed. Door would not latch properly. Do not waste your money.

The location is great. It's easy to get to the community college, downtown, and Interstates. The staff is very helpful and polite. I had one of the renovated rooms and was very satisfied. They are renovating areas that are a bit shabby, but that didn't bother me. It was quiet and affordable, and I felt safe.

There was a leak at the bathroom vent, water dropping on t he toilet & towels. Not very soundproof in & out either. Otherwise it was good

This terrible hotel charged me in addition to the reservation I made before going there and house keeping do not come around to see any need. To top it all off the crazy hotel people charged me again on the day I checked out according to my bank statement. BIG HEADACHE AND BAD HOTEL TO STAY AT
