The front desk person was super understanding and professional to work with. I was in town for my father, who was in ICU and ended up passing away. I booked thru *******, and normally there are no refunds from the hotel, you have to ask *******. The agent took care of the last room, and made my stay experience even better.

The hotel is very clean and bright. The staff is super friendly. The restaurant in the hotel is good. The pool and hot tub are very nice. There is everything you could want within a short drive. The only downside is the construction in the front and the proximity of the apartments in the back. Even with that, I would recommend this hotel.

Newer hotel, everyone on the staff that we encountered was very pleasant and polite- which unfortunately doesn't seem to be all that common these days, the room was decent- pretty much what you'd expect, we liked the shower and the lighted mirror in the bathroom is always a plus.

Hotel is clean, rooms a very clean (it’s the most important thing).
My shower gel was empty at the check in but fixed directly by the staff.
Jesse is really awesome and do a good job.
It’s the guy you want to meet for a good stay.
It’s would be better with complimentary breakfast and 2 hours free EV charging station.

My experience at this hotel was horrible from check in with Jesse the front desk representative just seem he didn’t like his job not very friendly at all. And then I got a noise complaint at 5:45 PM. We had only been checked in for about an hour and a half. I thought it was pretty early for a noise complaint then the front desk representative Jesse continue to harass and talk to my daughter every time he saw her Telling her that this was her last chance to be quiet also stated and told her that we had to be quiet in our room because the people next-door had to be up at 6 AM. We will definitely not be staying at this hotel, nor will I be recommending this hotel…
