Great food, music, clean. Only down side was toliet makes weird noise and can't change the air-condition settings so it was a little hot at times.

I would choose this again. It was in a good location, the staff was wonderful, the amenities were nice. The beach was clean. You can rent chairs and umbrellas. I didn't get a chance to get in the pool or jacuzzi or try the in house restaurant. The hotel is only a few blocks from the main road. The rooms are nice.

The desk staff is very friendly. That’s about all I can say positive. Ate at their restaurant and it was beyond bad. Asked for spicy mustard and the brought a filthy bottle with dried mustard all over it. On the last night we were there my wife felt something in the bed. It was a pencil with an eraser from the cleaning crew. It was between the mattress and the bottom sheet.

The whole resort is fabulous. Everyone is so polite, helpful, and so happy!! Taylor and Sharron go above and beyond. This is my favorite place of the Carolina Beaches. Our room was spotless. They had live music, and the beverages are cold and delicious! A must try is the restaurant located in the resort.

Everyone at this hotel Is so nice and welcoming. From the moment we walked in we were greeted and checked in quickly. We ate at the restaurant several times and enjoyed the meals. We especially enjoyed karaoke night. The DJ(s) at the pool were great with a wonderful mix of music. Loved hearing the beach music. We will definitely be back!

Sabrina at the front desk was extremely rude regarding access to the restroom which was being cleaned. I’m not sure if she was just having a bad day or is always rude to women. We’re platinum members and didn’t expect to be treated so poorly. Customer service isn’t what it once was. Disappointed with such bad treatment.

The hotel was very nice - clean, friendly staff, beautiful room. However, it was the only hotel among row and rows of rental houses. Because I was alone, this made me reluctant to walk on the beach. I spent most of my “beach time” directly in front of the hotel. I would have felt safer if my husband was with me. Great restaurant and coffee all day. I didn’t use the bar but it looked well-stocked and the people in the bar seemed to be having fun. The bar was not loud or rowdy.

Love the room everyone was nice and room was clean and cozy. The cleaning lady was nice and always made sure the room was nice and neat. The front desk was nice enough to let us check in early and enjoy the time sooner. The beach was amazing and the quiet environment was the best relaxing trip ever.

We truly enjoyed our stay! The room was clean and comfortable. We loved having the balcony to sit on and enjoy the beach and sound of the waves. We really didn’t need to leave the hotel often. The restaurant was open all day with specials and Happy Hour. The food was tasty and reasonably priced. Sharon, bartender, treated us like visiting friends. The pool and pool area were clean and well maintained. The hallways were clean and the staff were very friendly. King and the other housekeepers on our floor greeted us when in the hallway on the 5th floor.
