I visited this place with my colleagues Mr Antony Stevin, Its really very Nice place, Very polite and helpful staff mainly i am happy with the canteen crew Mr.Shankar and Surakasha both are very helpful and polite. Nice breakfast, Nice food we enjoy alot...

This hotel is placed in the middle of the hustling bustling area of Piplod , Dumas and very close to malls theaters, shopping centers and street food. The hotel is ***aged by the IHCL group of hotels which also owns the Taj , true to their name , the service , cleanliness and all aspects are great. Staff are very friendly and ready to help , I stayed in one of those luxury rooms and it’s worth the money. The breakfast has a great choice of delights and they also serve methi water and health foods , Sri***tha and Surkshata are always there to welcome you to ask your room number and place you a seat. Very helpful for all especially senior citizens and they do a great job. If you want me to be critical, the only negative I found is that their billing takes quite ling and that can irritate you , may be because of their servers or other factors.

Experience was 5 star in this hotel. Their rooms are clean and tidy, their food is great, their restuarant staff is very helpful and supportive. They regularly clean the rooms. Special appreciation for Buddheswar who kept my room clean and made sure everything is kept handy. I stayed in Luxe room.

I am staying in ginger hotel chain this is my first time and my experience is good with the staffs behaviour and respond I am staying 13 th May to till 24 th May in these days I haven't face any problem from any services or food one thing .. food are really good some dishes are like homely So my overall experience is Very good
