Very spacious room and very clean. Fantastic customer service but was not aware that we had pay $100 deposit upon checkin so just a heads up. But overall really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend this place for short stays.

both Liezel and Donna were so patient I think with a big group it can be overwhelming but these ladies where so helpful with a smile still on there faces. great food great service reasonable price. I will defiantly be back next time I am in Melbourne

The surrounding environment around the check-in area is not suitable for family.
The room was clean and beds were very good. But there were several issues in the bathroom, hot shower knob was broken, water dripping to a drawer from the basin and missing exhaust fan. I gave my feedback to the manager present during check-out.

Reception not clearly marked, had to go round in circles around the property without finding the reception.
Area around the accommodation hasn't got enough lighting and feels a bit unsafe at night particularly.
Noisy . People did not bother much late at night if their vehicle noise or door slamming are disturbing other people.

We stayed here to be close to the hospital , an easy ten minute drive. The rooms were adequate for our needs, perhaps a little dated in spots but clean throughout. The internet was the only thing that was a bit dodgy. The bed was comfortable and the food available at the adjoining club was excellent in taste and value. We will need to return to the hospital in a few weeks and I will be booking the hotel for another stay.
