The photos you see are from YEARS ago when the hotel was new. Now is run down and feels really old, needs paint in the exterior, looks and feels very old in the inside as well. They don´t clean your room every day but every 3 days, the room don´t have safe deposit boxes, beds are not great and the pillows are terrible. TVs are old and not smart TVs. In general it feels real cheap. The only good thing is that it is close to the Sawgrass Mills Mall. I will never ever stay here again in the future.

I would not recommend this property. Room cleaning not available for short stays and staff were standoffish.

I booked this room for my brother and his family. They called me letting me know that Cops were in and out the hotel all night. The bathrooms had mold on the walls and the room smells disgusting. I WILL NOT BE BOOKING FOR THIS LOCATION AGAIN.

Is not the real Quinta's it’s across the street a trashy place. They tricks you when you book, the room only had a tinny bed for two people and no room to hang clothes. Breakfast was ridicules. $116 it was a rip off

I love the staff they were all friendly and helpful,easy parking we felt safe, breakfast was great we had a overall super time and looking forward to our next trip with you thanks again.

Hate leaving bad reviews but 1st and last time staying here. Staff was efficient and courteous and coffee was good. Bed was sagging and room is weathered. Breakfast was pretty much non-existent. Don’t expect much 😖
