Had no clue there was a charge for parking, also thought laundry was free. One elevator is insane. Besides that, central location is a plus and everything else was sub-par/ average…..

Well, the positives are it's clean, and in a convenient location. The negatives are: the hotel is screaming to be renovated. The refrigerator makes a loud vacuum cleaner like sound, twice a day. The toilet has to be flushed twice. The elevator has a very loud squeak like noice, and takes forever to go from floor to floor. But, the price is very competitive.

The garbage can in the kitchen was not emptied prior to our check in, but they were very apologetic and had it emptied immediately. That along with a long line at check in, contributed to a lower score. But, the room is well appointed, so I'm very happy about that.

First time staying at Sonesta and I was thoroughly impressed! Highlight of experience was the staff being so accomodating with my baby daughter providing her with a crib. Never knew hotels even provided that. Will definitely recommend to families.

It was a clean well kept property at a much cheaper price than other hotels in the area. Will likely stay there again when visiting the area.

Might be under renovations, many air ducts plugged in the wall, kinda noisy in the halls.
I found liquid spills dried up on the wall of the room that was not cleaned and dust.
Many options not available at breakfast but staff is friendly.
