I had problem last night at this property l! I arrived there and couldn’t find my license so someone I just met said they can help me because I was far away from home so I accepted it they end up being abusive and literally took over my room so I ended up loosing money and being abused and bullied from my own room I paid for! When inwhen to the office they said there is nothing they can do about it it’s his room! I was unhappy how I was treated there! I leaned a valuable lesson never to trust a stranger and also never to go to place where is ghetto and cheap

Good: Price, hardwood floor (not stenchy carpet), reasonable location (several restaurants and a supermarket in walking distance).
Problematic: Not able/willing to respond to request for confirmation of stay (which I need for my employer), no room service for 5 days.

Pros: The property is a beautiful older building that has been decently restored. Cons: Rooms were hard to find due to lack of signage. Lots of noise from the neighbors, a team of lineman who took up most of the parking with their trucks. No breakfast.

This room costs more than it was worth. I paid $100 for one night but the room was small and had virtually no amenities such as a mini-fridge or microwave.

We were there in the middle of the week and there weren't enough parking spots, they gave us one key that kept stopping working, we had to come down from the third floor to renew the key.

Hotel lobby personnel are not very welcoming. Rooms are very basic and a bit small. The bed is pushed up almost touching the ac. I called and spoke to someone about a late check out, which I was told would be 12. So then later that same day I went to the lobby to let them know that I would be leaving at 12. My check out date came up and starting at 11 housekeeping came to my door 3 times. Around 1130 I started taking things to my car. When I came back for more things my key was already deactivated. I went to the lobby, the person there told me that I had to go the morning of the late check out to let them know to have the key functioning. I dont understand if you need to go there in the morning, what is the point then of resting in your room a little longer before you leave. Anyways, communication within the lobby personnel was not the best.

This is my second time staying here, My daughter's were attending a concert and I was able to enjoy taking my grandkids swimming. The stay was great, rooms are clean and staff was great.
