un très bon endroit pour se détendre. proche de la rue et bien desservi. hôtel en bon état, même si la nourriture pourrait être meilleure. Je le recommande à tout le monde comme base. Beaucoup d'attractions, de bonnes piscines et surtout - très proche de la mer et de la plage !

Excellent hotel, clean to a high standard, room are comfortable, food plentiful with choice for Evan a fussy eater. Food and drink available from 7am to midnight.Pools maintained and always plenty of sun beds. Beach was clean. I didn’t use the spa but the area was amazing. 5* to all of the staff, reception very friendly and informative, room service great standard. And top marks to the cleaners who maintained the communal areas, really impressed with the ladies who cleaned here every morning. The hotel is close to shops and local bus to sunny beach and nesebar. I’m a frequent traveler, and would say this is one to return to, I hope to be visiting again soon.

Fantastic time and hotel was spotless. Friendly staff. Good variety of foods. Beach front 2 minutes walk which was spotless. Towels changed each morning. Entertainment each night with plenty to do for the kids. Would go again. Quiet rooms available on request. Plenty of local drinks.

The hotel is a pleasant place staff is very helpful especially 1 lady stefka kostova who after we had a bad experience couldn't do enough for us ,to make the rest of a stay comfortable and pleasant this hotel I good for family's and the beach is just so five minutes walk

Fantastic holiday, food was very fresh and tasty. Tbh they could do with extra bar staff as the ques can be long at times. Rooms were perfect and kept clean. All staff were very polite friendly. I came with just my husband, but will 100% be booking again for next year with my 4 children too. I've also highly recommended to some of our close friends. Thank you for having us.

The hotel was not up to standard the location was not nice.we was all-inclusive plus but only got local spirits. The food in the restaurant wasn't good and it was cold every setting when asked why was told to microwave it. The room was ok but small step to bathroom was dangerous a another holiday maker did trip over it a night and hurt themselves badly They changed the towels everyday but didn't clean the room. Was there a week and didn't change the bedding or make the beds. As this was my first time in Bulgaria and had heard good things about the hotel I will definitely not be stopping there again. As this was our only holiday this year I was very disappointed with the holiday and the hotel

We have just enjoyed a fab week at the Imperial hotel. Our room was large , nicely decorated & spotlessly clean. The food was plentiful , tasty with lots of choice plus 2 a la carte restaurants. The pool played great music & was also being kept clean & tidy all day. The beach is lovely just over a sand dune with sun loungers that you have to pay for, we preferred to stay around the pool as we met some lovely people & was closed to the bars. The staff are really helpful & friendly. We also went to Nessi-bar which was absolutely stunning & well worth a visit. For the price I would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel overall was very clean and tidy. The food was very good. Very close to the beach. Although, there wasn't much in ways of entertainment, there was the animation team who were brilliant! Bobby in the lobby was also a delight! Always made conversation while preparing your drinks, and did not scrounge on the alcohol to mixer proportions! All in all great for a holiday if all you want to do is relax, but if you want things to do, it would be best to go between June and August, as in May, a lot of things were just opening up!
