Location Nice location if you prefer quiet . Right on beach . 10 mins walk along front to sunny beach Beach bars along the way Regular land train along front -6lv (2.80) one way Sunny beach centre full of bars , fast food , amusements , souvenir shops Hotel Part of complex of two hotels Not allowed to use pool sun beds in other hotel even though we offered to pay !!!! Website misleading over this! Old fashioned -traditional Very clean Room spacious Bathroom very old Uneven pavings to walk o. Gardens nice and Well kept Entertainment Day time activities around the pool Animation team very good Evening entertainment only by team - quiz , bingo karaoke etc . This despite shows etc being advertised in website. Staff Lots of staff Efficient Some language issues but they tried . Food Very Good Variety Drink at table service Only one restaurant open in evening . No gala diner as advertised. Pool Nice but not huge Only just Enough sun beds It could get busy in high season Dissapointing couldn’t use other pool in complex as more sun beds

Such a lovely friendly hotel. Staff are so helpful. Especially Valary the porter who is so knowledgeable and obliging. He recommended a lovely restaurant to eat out one night D SANNYS. Rooms are a good size. Cleaned and towels changed every day. Food is good and a good variety. We were all inclusive so drinks we're good. Although, we went end of May for 2 weeks the animation team were very good. plenty of sunlougers at the pool. You can also use the indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna and gym . I definitely recommend a Massage which was excellent at the Helena sands which you go through to get to the beach .there's a private area for hotel guests with free sundowners and brollies. Be aware the beach bar is not part of the hotel. Bus stop to nessebar old town which is the last stop. No 5 or 8.bus or Stilvas in the opposite durection a nice walk and marina with restaurant. Are directly outside hotel. And 2 or 3 lev. Would definitely recommend and return.

we have just returned from 2 weeks in Helena Park hotel, it was our first trip to Bulgaria and we had mixed feelings about Bulgaria. we needn't have worried about the hotel, it is absolutely spotless, floors polished to a high shine, rooms clean and bright and airy, restaurant spotlessly clean. the food is varied, only putting a little out at a time and just keep refreshing it so it stays fresh. the pool bar and restaurant and has limited food choice but you can still get something to eat while by the pool. The gardens were well maintained and very pretty. all the staff are friendly and helpful, the restaurant staff don't speak much English but are trying to understand and learning. the pool attendant was on the ball with making sun chairs available. The area of sunny beach can be noisy with bars and music but where the hotel is situated is good as it is a little stroll along the promenade to the bars.

Hotel de exceptie ,masa si conditiile hoteliere la cel mai inalt nivel,curatenie exemplara divertismentul de nota maxima ,George conducatorul echipei de divertisment ( king George,cum l-am numit eu ) este fabulos,inventiv carismatic,antrenant,face ca sederea la hotel sa fie de sapte stele,totul este minunat la acest hotel,recomand cu incredere !

Had a week at Helena Park. Very large clean Hotel with fabulous grounds right on the beach. Rooms big clean and comfortable. Lovely big pool and lots of beds. Great location just a short walk into main part of resort. Food was OK quite a lot of choices even for us fussy eaters. Entertainment was fine but you only had to walk along the front for a massive choice of live music. Worth a visit

The hotel is outstanding. The food is not only good but also incredibly delicious. The staff is exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I must mention the massage service at the hotel, which left a lasting impression. While the price may be on the higher side, the expertise of the massage therapist, Bozhena, was truly remarkable. It was by far the best massage I have ever experienced (and I have had numerous massages with different therapists in the past). Bozhena's technique was both affordable and deeply relaxing, as she skillfully worked on every part of my body without using intense pressure. I am absolutely delighted that the hotel employs such exceptional massage therapists.

Stayed here for a week with our two friends, what a fantastic hotel. Rooms perfect, lots of space for clothes etc, cleaned every day. Restaurant great and brilliant food, lots of choice. most times up to 4 meat choices and at least 2 fish dishes. daytime snacks also very good and varied. Bar staff are great, couldnt pronounce his name, looked like jocky wilson but we called him Grant after the whisky he was serving me. Yes large card cups for outside but you get a massive drink. The local gin, vodka rum was of a good standard, beer was ok. Day time entertainment included archery, darts, nice and easy stuff if you want to participate. Evening was a karaoke, a singer and a local tradition show. Never once short of a sunbed, all the staff were very pleasant. Great location about a mile from the busy flower street but some good bars along the way, 10 minute stroll which have tribute acts and karaoke. 9 lev for 2 gin tonics or similar, its standard 2 4 1, 9 lev for two half litre beers. Bus stop outside, 3 lev into Nessebur, do not get a taxi, they want 35 lev, we walked it, just 5 miles and got the bus back. Easy stroll along the front, go over the bridge and through the sister hotel. we travel a lot and will return to this hotel for sure. Met some great Northerners like myself, if the Wigan boys are reading this, hope we see you around. steve

well where to start ...room lovely hotel no air con room did ... food vile .... lager not nice flirt vodka not great .... bar female good male never smiled and gave paper cups out for drink reason you get more in it ....... group of us made the holiday ... just as well entertainment rubbish ..... end of season and each day things got worse...... would i go back thats a no

We had a great holiday the staff made you feel welcome from the cleaners to the bar staff and in the restaurant. The food was good with plenty of choice.i would come back the people on holiday made trip so memorable
