Super 8 by Wyndham Sturgeon Bay

The Customer Service was so so. The two ladies that checked us in weren't very friendly and basically just sat in the room behind the desk. Had to ask multiple times about there being no towels in the pool, turn the pool lights on. There was a younger lady that worked Saturday and Sunday morning that was much more sociable, friendly, active on seeing that things were the way things should be. Room was comfy and relatively clean but had a weird smell. Breakfast was pretty good

I wasn't at the hotel much as I was only in town to visit someone. Check in went good, very nice gal behind the counter. Didn't have breakfast so I can't rate that. Room was cleaned nicely. 1 complaint I do have is the tv wouldn't let me pick a show to watch which wasn't a huge deal honestly. Over all happy with my experience and already booked my next trip with this hotel.

We where pretty much on our own. In todays world and with winter in Wisconsin not much staff but was ok with us, Asked for a single Queen room as we wanted ti have some sitting room, But received 2 queen beds, we made it work nice to have a pool and hot tub . Okay overall

Our room was nice. Kind of expensive to pay $60 for two small Chihuahuas for two nights. Refrigerator was old but it worked. Power button on the remote did not work. Breakfast was nice and the staff was nice and helpful. Our toilet was cracked real bad on the base.

Very nice staff. Old property with not many outlets. Breakfast ends before most people are awake.

Though somewhat dated, the 4 stars, the property is well kept and clean.

Toilet, didn’t feel unless you bumped it. Heater didn’t really heat up the room until the next morning and it was still cold. At least the breakfast was averaging. The TV was good. Two of the three vending machines didn’t work.

My room was clean... the lady at the front desk wasn't overly friendly, but was accommodating. seems like she didn't have much help, and was the only person on site. They had a hot breakfast, which was nice.

The breakfast wasn’t refilled at 830 when we got there, ended at 9. The room smelled like a cat. The eyehole in the door was stuffed with toilet paper.
