We were very pleasantly surprised with the hotel. Quaint yet upgraded, the rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The included made to order breakfast was delicious. We managed to forget on of our bags and they were very accommodating in getting it packed up for a FedEx pickup. The staff were very friendly and the beer was cheap. Nuff said!

Wonderful night staying here, very comfortable bed and great en suite. Breakfast delicious and filling. Had dinner there too, lovely. Stuffed with 2 great meals our relations we had come to visit treated us to lunch at Ragged Cot after we’d said how lovely it was (they are local but hadn’t been since a bad experience 20 years ago!). We all enjoyed it so much but think I must have put on 1/2 stone in 2 days! We will return soon.

Great place to stay lovely restaurant lovely cosy room great bathroom with amazing shower lovely and warm . Just one small problem the large fridge outside makes a noise all night not good if your a light sleeper and your room is above the restaurant. But lovely friendly staff would definitely return.

Fantastic hidden gem in a superb location. Beautiful building and wonderfully decorated. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed, even the little extras in the bathrooms. Breakfast was fantastic with great locally sourced products, plenty of it, and presented really well. All staff are super friendly and warm and welcoming. Our only negative was the sound of the heating or refrigerator out the back of the room, which sounded like a car running all night long. We would definitely return and recommend you to others. Thank you for a lovely 2 night stay

Nice location, restaurant and bar. Rooms are a little tired and cleanliness of the rooms could be improved. Making up the room between nights seemed to only include emptying the bins, towels were not changed and beds untouched. Noise was the main issus with the hotel, being on the ground floor all of the movement

Reported them to the management, so hopefully they got sorted.

Lazlo was attentive and helpful and definite made the stay a good one alongside the Greek chap whose name I never found out but he was great too. All much appreciated, comfortable and the food I had was absolutely brilliant!
