Zleep Hotel Koge

Upon arrival at 2:00 PM, we noticed that the tables in the reception area, where breakfast is also served, were dirty. Our room was not ready upon arrival, and we were told it would be ready within 5 minutes. However, after waiting for 40 minutes and inquiring about it, the room was finally made available. During the wait, we observed how disorganized everything was. Several guests were also waiting for their rooms, and we overheard the receptionist telling the person in charge of cleaning that they needed to prepare some rooms, to which they responded that they still believed there were guests in the rooms. When we arrived for breakfast at 10:00 AM, there were very few guests, and we were puzzled to see the receptionist wiping beer glasses and putting them away, as all the tables at breakfast were dirty, even though she passed by them several times while going to the kitchen to refill the buffet. Unfortunately, it seemed that the staff were not attentive to their tasks. Upon leaving the hotel, we were instructed to leave our key cards in a box by the exit without any form of registration or check-out, meaning that the staff had no knowledge of whether we had left the hotel and whether the rooms were ready for cleaning before the next guests arrived. It is poorly organized overall, and it's not solely the fault of the staff. This will be our last stay at Zleep - there is a lack of planning and practical knowledge on how to run a business.

Check in did not work, I waited 30 minutes to connect with the staff because the reception was not occupied

Nice hotel, Good breakfast, good beds, the bathroom good use a renovation, housekeeping could clean a little better. But overall I had a good nightsleep and the personel is very friendly, I checked in late and I had to do it via a computer, but that easy.

Completely worn down hotel. The entrance is a construction site. Pick anything else in Køge than this hotel. You even pay DKK for a breakfast where they don't even bother to arrange things in nice way - you basically pick things out of the refrigerator.

Worn down hotel, self check in. Plastic drapery in the shower as well as plastic curtains for windows. Not an hotel where you feel like staying. Anyhow if you are out of options, it works for a night. whatever you do. Stay away from the breakfast that is more sad than the room itself. Just go over the street and buy a yoghurt at netto and you will not feel deceived.

The bedrooms were small with depressing decor and a leaky shower. The hotel is in the middle of renovations but it didnt mention list on the description. It was expensive for the standard of hotel. I wouldn’t recommend

This hotel is within walking distance of good restaurants. It is basic, some of the furniture and fittings are somewhat tired, but for an overnight stay it’s fine. Basic breakfast. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Parking and wi-Fi provided
