No internet at night. Stairway to the Roof Terrace filthy and littered. Roofterrace the Same. Hotel has no parking for guests.
Personal mostly unfriendly.

Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento a fianco all'hotel. Locali spaziosi e moderni, in bagno e in soggiorno mancava un pomello nel mobile. Bagno con doccia spaziosissima e lavatrice. Cucina con lavastoviglie e bollitore. Colazione: i croissant vengono dati a persona direttamente dalla cucina e sono davvero piccini. Varietà di torte (sublime quella al cioccolato), marmellate e creme con pane e fette biscottate. Ampia scelta di cereali. Poca frutta. Abbiamo usufruito anche del ristorante a cena ed escluso un simpatico cameriere che toglieva i piatti da davanti alla mia bambina, molto lenta a mangiare, ci siamo trovati bene. Fra i primi sempre una zuppa, una pasta asciutta e un antipasto (bresaola o caprese), nei secondi sempre carne e pesce. Dolci buoni ma porzioni ristrette. Antipasti e verdure a buffet.

Posto accogliente. Hotel moderno con incluso un ristorante cha sa un po di pensioni complete anni 80 . Camere molto spaziose , luminose, pulite. Connessione wi fai e tecnologia da 9. Letto comodo e livello di rumorosità quasi inesistente. Colazione da 8. Reception e cordialità da 8. Servizio notturno molto utile. Nonostante le vie non larghissime , si trova sempre un posto nelle vicinanze. Dire molto molto bene rasente l'eccellenza

Nous sommes une famille avec deux enfants de 7 et 10 ans. Nous passons par hôtels.com pour réserver pour nous 4 et le site nous propose une chambre mais sans y faire attention c est une chambre triple proposée pour 4 personnes. Merci le paramétrage du site hôtels.com...
Arrivé à l hôtel, il refuse de nous donner notre chambre car nous sommes 4 et nous devons en réserver une autre. Nous appelons la hotline hôtels.com qui est incapable de nous aider apres plus d une heure de communication a ma charge a l etranger.
Nous acceptons la chambre complémentaire car il est 21h et plus rien de disponible aux alentours.
A notre retour, refus d hôtels de payer la chambre supplémentaire.

Abbiamo soggiorno 3 adulti e 1 ragazzo di 15 anni nell’appartamento a fianco hotel. Appartamento rinnovato, molto carino e comodo! Pulizia ottima! Il personale dell’hotel davvero gentile! L’hotel è in posizione perfetta per visitare Stresa e le isole, si trova a 2 minuti a piedi dal centro e a 5 dal lungolago e dall’imbarcadero. Buona anche la prima colazione! Davvero un ottimo soggiorno!

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura fine luglio primi di agosto con la mia famiglia. Ci hanno accolto con gentilezza e professionalità. La camera era pulita e grande, così come il bagno. La colazione era buona e varia. L'hotel ha un ristorante interno dove poter consumare il pasto serale. Durante la cena si ha la possibilità di scegliere diversi piatti legati al territorio e non.Il responsabile di sala è sempre stato gentile e premuroso nell'esaudire ogni nostra più piccola richiesta. Ogni sera ci ha coccolati e viziati .Ottima è anche la posizione della struttura vicina al lungolago e all' imbarcadero. Buono è anche il rapporto qualità prezzo.

ristorante/albergo in centro, non vicinissimo al lago. porzioni abbondanti e prezzi più o meno contenuti però sulla qualità del cibo c'è ancora molto lavoro da fare. anche la pulizia dei locali è da rivedere

L’Hotel è situato davanti al centro congressi, in un’ottima posizione per visitare a piedi Stresa. Non abbiamo usufruito del parcheggio dell’hotel a pagamento, ma erano presenti diversi posti bianchi liberi nei dintorni dell’hotel. La camera era basica, pulita e spaziosa con un balcone esterno. La colazione era abbondante, dolce e salata, ma di bassa qualità. Non abbiamo usufruito del ristorante interno all’hotel.

Buon hotel 3 srelle. Ottima posizione, vicino al centro e alla stazione. Camera singola molto pulita e funzionale con ampio letto singolo e balcone. Discreta colazone a buffet. Personale estremamente gentile e disponibile
