Wonderful staff, quick and easy check in. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Unfortunately no elevator so climb to 3rd floor can be a challenge.

We stay here every spring to attend a show at the Stratford Festival. Lovely rooms, good food. Friendly staff. Stratford itself is a charming place!

I would have liked earlier weekend breakfast (even if it was just some baked goods/fruit) and maybe a discount in the restaurant for being a guest,

Love this place! Beautiful location, personable customer service, the design of the rooms is gorgeous and it is overall a wonderful experience. It’s my second time here and hoping to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay! Brooke took care of us and made sure we had everything we needed. Great dining options and Mercer Hall restaurant was fabulous! We’ll be back soon!

Beautiful hotel. Loved the style and decor of the room. Filled with nice touches. Josh at reception went above and beyond helping us when checking in. Can’t wait to go back!

We stay here regularly. Mercer Hall is perfectly located, with cool rooms and lots of dining options. The breakfast on site is excellent. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.
Highly recommend.
