The hotel is located in a basement. It is great if you only want a place to stay and have good breakfast.
The staff are friendly.
They only provided one small pillow, more like a cushion. The night staff provided me with an extra pillow. the management should look into providing better pillows.
Rooms are comfortable. Breakfast is good.
Conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and the metro.
Will I stay there again? Yes but they need to provide more and better pillows.

Great value for money for what is offered - A quiet and easily accessible basic offering.
The only issue is the Wifi doesn't work and the cleaners did not visit, other than that it was a great stay.

We haven't the chance to stay in the hotel because our car broke during the travel and so we were forced to spent the night in another part of the country, but I would like to write some good words for the Hotel as when they aknowledge our problem they did everything for us to have a later check in in case we had the chance to arrive in Stockholm.
You cant take this kind of service granted, so kudos to them!

I had a nice time, however I think that the hotel would benefit by putting a sign explaining to the other guests that people go to hotels to sleep and that it would be advisable not to make too much noise when they come in the late evening.
