Great place to stay if you are visiting Stirling - not far from the Wallace Memorial and close to the picturesque Blairlogie. The room was nice and spacious with a very comfortable four poster bed. Excellent restaurant with generous size portions and very attentive staff.

Arrived at the 'hotel'? To be informed that there were no catering facilities. No restaurant, no evening meals, no breakfast.. bed only. I left to find another hotel in town.

This hotel was just outside of Stirling, Scotland. The outside was gorgeous! The staff were lovely and accommodated our take away food since the kitchen had to close due to a family emergency. The room was comfortable and clean. Be aware, there is no air conditioning, but we opened the windows at nights and the temperature was very nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel shut its doors, ceased trading on the 2 Aug 2022. To the staff: I hope there are better times ahead for you, I send my best wishes to you all. To the owner: you took bookings knowing you couldnt honour them, you sent out table booking enquiries, checkin mails within a few days of my arrival. I found out on my way up, 3 August, 4pm. Rather then take responsibility allowing everyone to rebook in good time, you hid behind *********** and let them mop up. Really, and truly a poor show.

We stayed at this magnificent hotel on our way for our week in Loch Lomond. What an absolute joy of a place to stay. Refurbished to a very high standard but very much in keeping with the Castle style. Sympathetically done - even to be able to see the exposed stone walls of the castle in different places inside. The food was fab as were all the staff & they were not able to do more fore us. Our room was warm & sunny & with the added bonus of no light pollution within the surrounding area - a joy to be able to see so many stars in the night sky. Thank you all.

What’s not to love about Broomhall Castle? The best most friendly, funny and down to earth team we’ve ever met. So amenable to making your stay as relaxed and comfortable as possible. We felt welcomed and at home. Rooms are spectacular. So spacious. Castle a bit tired in places but this in no way detracts from what is a very pleasant, quirky and lovely venue. If anything compared to chain hotels Broomhall can be described as having a great personality. It rejuvenates and is a joy to stay at. Fairly priced, lovely breakfast and lots of personal touches you don’t get at the chains. We loved it and will be back. Thanks so much.

Booked a room here and fair enough it stated it was non refundable which I understand. However to cancel the room within a few hours and then refuse a refund is quite ridiculous. I did advise of my reasons (will not bore you all with my personal circumstances) but they replied to try and blame *********** saying it was down to them. No, Broomhall, it is your choice and you have chosen to keep my money under the circumstances I explained to you when I cancelled only hours after making the booking. Shocking.

Booked this as it wasnt far from the Japanese Garden at Dollar and cause i pretty much wanted to stay in a Castle. I loved the building 😍 Staff were great. Room was great - good size - nice creaky floorboards. Didnt get to sleep in a turret tho 😞 We ate in the hotel - the food was amazing and great value. Logan looked after us and gave us good chat. Breakfast was included in room price - good choice and the girls serving were very friendly. Would defo stay here again!
