We were told to come here because our flight was cancelled and rebooked for the following day. We were told by the airline meals and drinks would be included. We arrived in the morning, the hotel looked old and tatty on the outside. Reception was open but no one around. A sign by a phone said ring 200 for assistance - did this but no answer, rung the general hotel number - again no answer. The hotel smelt musty and appeared unkept. Mouldy old sofa cushions propped up behind the reception, and the bar area a building site. After waiting for an hour in reception we gave up, paid for our return to the airport and to a premier inn. We had a lucky escape!! Honestly I didn’t believe hotels like this still existed in the UK. I suppose it could be a theme hotel!

To further enhance the comfort of your stay, the hotel has undergone extensive refurbishment to create a large proportion of non-smoking rooms as well as a small number of bridal suites, family and ground floor rooms for disabled access.
The restaurant currently only serves breakfast, which is available from 07:00 until 09:00.
