Loved the sound of the river on the back which can be heard out on the back ground floor deck. The only improvement I believe would be beneficial to your guests would be to have something installed to prevent tenants on the bottom floor from getting drenched.

Rooms were clean, staff very friendly, good food in the restaurant. Location being attached to the mall wasn't great, no nice views, didn't find location convenient for walking.

The sink was clogged. The remote was broken. When I told the front desk about the remote I was told none of the TV remotes work. Also no microwaves in the rooms. Not a good experience, glad I only stayed one night.

We stayed for two days and enjoyed the convenience/cleanliness and friendly service at the front desk. Our only complaint would be lack of a proper breakfast.

Needs a good freshen up…..open all windows and doors for a couple of days. Replace carpets…a good overhaul.
