Remote to the tv would not work. Only able to turn on tv. Could not lower volume. Asked for a replacement 3x but never showed up. Like pulling teeth to request anything like towels. Horrible service.

I booked a King Room with Lake View. The hotel is cool with everything you would expect from anything that has a "Hard Rock" logo to it.
The property is definitely run down and needs an upgrade. Our room was okay. Handles on the drawers were broken off. One of the lamp lights was out. Ceiling in the bathroom was kind of disgusting with stains, rust, and brown spots.
I paid about $350 a night for 2 nights. I would not recommend staying here unless you are on a budget, and you won't be in the room often.
Staff and everyone working at the hotel was nice though.

酒店很舊，環境也不是太好，半夜一大幫人入住相鄰一間房，開着門放着超響的音響，向酒店投訴後，保安去交涉關了音響，等保安一走又繼續，暈😵💫

We came for a ski holiday. It's convenient located at the heavenly resort area, which also means that you need to pay an extra US$25/night for resort fee.
But the hotel doesn't have Bell service or room service at all that i think it's because of Covid. Also it took away our coffee machine in the room which is super inconsiderate. They call it high touch area🤔.
Also the sink was leaking in our bathroom and it drained very slowly which makes it dirtier

Our room was very ran down even look like the bathroom door had been kicked in. Way too much partying and not enough maintenance in that room.
It felt pretty grungy! Would not have stayed another night.

사진과는 달라고 너무 달라요 . 레이크 뷰지만 앞에 건물 있고 멀리보이는 레이크뷰 . 450불짜리 방이 너무 형편없어서 충격 . 냉장고 ,헤어드라이기 조차없는 시설에 욕실에 샤워커튼에서 걸레 냄새 . 2성급 오래된 모델 수준 하루숙박길 정말 다행이라고 생각했습니다.

It was ok. It was my first time staying at the hard rock and the oyster bar was outstanding. The host was super nice and friendly.

The check in at the front desk took 1 HOUR, we were part of a group and they gave our reservation and RATE to another party with the same last name. I took two clerks and a manager to correct the problem as we waited. No compensation was offered. The room was dingy and sp****ly furnished, needed to be updated, the windows were dirty, the bathroom was extremely small, the tub looked like someone beat it with a chain. The bed sheets were like sandpaper. Even though we requested a late checkout housekeeping knocked on our door waking us at 8 am. Overpriced!
