ทำเลที่ตั้งของโรงแรมดีมาก นั่งรถไฟจากสนามบินมาลงสถานีกลางแล้วเดินอีกประมาณ 6 นาทีก็ถึงแล้ว พนักงานบริการดีมาก เราไปถึงเช้าและมีห้องว่างก็ให้เช็คอินก่อนเวลาได้เลย ห้องพักกว้างขวางและสะอาดมาก ทั้งเตียงนอนและอุปกรณ์ในห้องน้ำก็ถูกใจมาก กลางคืนก็ไม่เสียงดังเลยนอนหลับสบาย อาหารเช้าก็พอใช้ได้ ราคาถูกกว่าจองผ่านแพลตฟอร์มต่างประเทศหลายแห่ง ครั้งหน้าจะกลับมาพักที่นี่อีกแน่นอน

Nested in a nice location in between the botanical garden and city centre. Food variety and replenish rate can be better at the lounge area during peak periods over the weekends. Can ask for hot chocolate and omelette which area not on display (nice touch) Water pressure for the showers can be higher. Besides that, everything else is great!

The concierge was extremely poor, drove in with my 7 seaters rented car, and staff simply ignored my existence - didn't even bother to come out to greet us nor offer any help with the luggage, even after telling him that I'll need help - zero awareness and zero service. The luggage trolley is simply an ornament. Excuse me, it's Marriott! Never in my life have i had to experience such an unwelcoming experience. However, the receptionist (wearing spec) was the only person who gave my family a warm welcome, likewise the staff at the buffet. 👍

Great location was great but the hotel is looking very old. Had to wait about 10 minutes to get serviced. Only 1 person on front desk. No valet parking or assistance with luggage. No clear signs for lift. Once out of lift to find room which direct was so small I missed it. Bathroom was huge with a lovely bath. Only problem is the toilet is in bathroom so if someone is using the toilet you can't use bathroom. No robes available and rooms were cleaned after lunch so after being out all day coming back to hotel beds not made or towels replaced. I know these are little things but we paid top dollar to stay there so expect 5 star quality. Will not stay there again. Much better modern offers out there.

The Pullman Brisbane Airport was the hotel of choice due to its easy access to the terminals as we had an early flight out the next day. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful making the check in and check out process smooth. Even helping us with our luggage to the shuttle bus.

We booked to stay for 4 nights with breakfast. There was one morning where my husband and l decided to eat the breakfast at different timing. I ate earlier alone because I've to attend a conference meeting. My husband was not allow to enter the breakfast area by one of the staff citing that our breakfast had been consumed. The staff even demanded to charge additional breakfast cost to our room. At the end, my husband gave up and decided not to eat the hotel breakfast. A disappointing experience.

Living Room bar is a must to visit !! Tony and his colleagues were super hospitable, mixed us most of the menu items, and our favourites were the Beet-ness and Espresso 2.0. We stayed for only the one night on the 19th floor and thought the view at night was great. Waking up to see so much of Brisbane in the morning was a real surprise. Breakfast Buffet menu options were vast, however we chose from the à la carte menu paired with some fantastic coffees to start the day.

Great place close to everything. The service was amazing from the second we stopped the car the staff could not have been more helpful and welcoming. The room was so nice and inviting with a fantastic playlist playing when we opened our door. Highly recommend this hotel , if ever we head that way again it will be the place to stay.

Very close to the Fortitue valley bar area. Pool is small on the roof top so it’s not heated. Generally quite good. Not exactly located at the central CBD.
